I have this fear of wasting nice supplies and love just doodling on 228s.
I was born in ’92 so I grew up playing with a snake eyes Gi Joe action figure, so I decided to add the toy element and make the Uzi a orange plastic gun with the red tip, instead of the dark traditional Uzi color.
If it's older than 2 years and hasn't sold. Print it on a label and put it outside!
I'm a comic nerd, but I love street art too. Recently seeing an artist I know using 228 labels, I felt inspired. Something about the limited space and pre-printed words clicks for me. Also the activist/protest idea is very engaging as well. I like to try Art for fun with regular orientation, but when I do Art for Activism, I like to invert the label for protest (not always, but mostly)
*sorry for the repost. My images were mixed up and badly cropped, hopefully it is cleaner now
really out did myself with this one, very proud of it. 🤙🏻 down to sell it if anyone’s interested.
2 1/2, 228 labels. Acrylic Paint Markers. And most certainly time was put into this! trying to mix graffiti/ comic and fine art together 🎨
All the slaps from June. LMK what ya'll think. (Disclaimer: The Coyote one is a recreation of a sticker I saw, the Coyote design is not mine.)
I saw this subreddit forever ago. Sitting here waiting for my reservation at Crabby Mikes and I saw this on a power meter. Immediately thought of this place.
For America’s big 250 I decided to use all 228s for a 26x28 inch canvas and used a combination of both alcohol markers and Posca pens to design this banger for America’s 250th birthday. I hope you all enjoy! 🇺🇸

One of the first slaps I made last month. ( First time uploading, I will try to upload the rest if this works out.)
sorry if it's a stupid question i'm getting into drawing and i wanted to use them to practice
I’m just super stoked on how this is turning out so I’m prematurely sharing, the hands and shot gun are from another art project I was working on, cut out from foam board, just thought it accent this label, and it actually looks dope!
