How is my metro shot guys ?
Shot it on the Blue line between Kalkaji and Botanical garden. Of course some edits were done for Instagram consumers

No real framing or subject, also no real editing aside from my cat ๐ข I made her look a bit like killer queen with the color grading lol
I'm not a photographer but I thought it would be a fun thing to do over the course of the trip. The camera had 26 shots, so spaced out over 2 weeks of traveling meant about 2 shots per day. I really enjoyed taking my time and thinking of what shot(s) I wanted to get for that day. I didn't know just how bad low light level shots would turn out (especially during night), so that was definitely a learning experience. Would recommend.
My walk was really beautiful
Itโs older than me which is kinda funny but Iโve been really enjoying using it even if my photos arenโt great yet lol
Yesterday was the weekly elderly protest of which I'm already a regular ๐๐ป๐๐ป after the main elderly protest we walked to another protest together about defending the funding of science research in the country.
On our way there some cops hurt a fellow photographer who ended up having a panic attack, and a cop threw his shield against my camera, scene that was recorded by a fellow protester which I'm soon have as well as a portrait of the cop who did it. Last post I didn't want to dig too deep into it, and I won't dig too deep now either, but last Thursday the repressive episode was disproportionate and cruel, and another fellow photographer ended up hospitalized (she's already been discharged from the hospital) as well as many different photographers having been shot at with rubber bullets, with the hydraulic truck, or pepper sprayed, or with tear gas. Apparently the new modus operandi of the government is to punish the people for their democratic losses, and try to hid all of it from reaching a wider audience by targeting those who can carry evidence of their massacres. It's nothing new, but all these episodes reinforce the pattern of their behavior.
Sorry for my ranting, needed to get it out of the system ๐๐ป๐๐ป.
Anyway, this week it'll probably be the only thing I photograph, I started the semester, and my job this week so even tho I've only been on the streets this one time I'm already extremely exhausted.
Ps: wish y'all a lovely week, I love seeing y'all encounters with lil friends ๐ฅน
