I’m OBSESSED with the in store baked cookies specifically the sugar cookie. Does anyone know where they get the cookie dough from? Or have a really good copycat recipe?

On god working at 7/11 for like 3 months after the army was harder then damn near most of my time in the army. Idk how yall do 7/11 long term but I give yall mad props.

Shout out to the lady that screamed at me when I asked her child to not walk out of the store with unpaid merch.

Id love some of yalls favorite/horror stories of working at 7/11.

I currently have over 130k thousand Speedy Reward points and I am wondering if I can use them at 7-11 and if yes, how? I do not have a smart phone, just a dumb flip phone. Therefore, I do not have access to either the Speedway or 7-11 app.

Just tried to get gas since it’s the 11th and there’s an extra 50 cents off. And rewards looks like it’s been down for a few hours. Wondering if there’s a possibility if we tried to use rewards during this time if we will be comped with a special code?

So, the app had some issues today and your phone number would not work at the pump either. If you look at your app, your app, the .50 discount for today has been extended through tomorrow (5/12/2026).

I drove 4 miles out of my way to use these deals and the app is not loading 😭

absolutely hilarious that on both the 7th and the 11th of this month when 7/11 is supposed to offer their 50 cents off deal that their rewards system happens to be down and is unable to offer the award, i’m sure it’ll be working again tomorrow exactly at 12am when they no longer offer it.

Like many of y’all, my 7-11 account wasn’t working yesterday when I tried to fill up around 10pm EDT. I called customer support again today, waited on hold for 20 mins, then got a call back about 30 minutes later. I explained the situation and got 5000 points as compensation, as the rep said they don’t have the power to extend discounts.

He said they’ve never experienced an outage like this (taken with a grain of salt lol) and hopefully it won’t happen next month with the ALLIN discounts.

So if y’all have the time to sit on hold, see if you can get your bonus points!
