QUESTION: WITHDRAWING

how does withdrawing money from your wallet work? can u withdraw any funds from any payment method back to any card u linked to your account.
my situation is I topped up $100 with a joker prepaid credit card (ill insert pic) and these things are one way credit cards non-reloadable so you can’t send money back to it because it’s not an account. It’s basically a gift card. But before I used my siblings debit card to top up and I’ve spent money that way can I withdraw the hundred from the joker card back onto my siblings debit card?
