Peak Partridge from Jeremy Vine
I’ve not heard one this good for ages and have been in stitches about it for two days. A Jeremy Vine segment on Noel Edmonds releasing lobsters into the sea.
From the “risk of contamination” posed by Noel Edmonds, to Craig David’s flying fish fiasco, to the “rumours” about Jimmy Somerville, to the (awful) food critic guest endlessly listing what animals he would kill and eat, in front of the spokeswoman from PETA… “I’m happy to shoot a deer… butcher it it… I’ll throttle a pheasant… if I see a lobster I’ll put it on my butchers block and kill it….”
Alan would be proud.
