"October 1, 2026, The Tijuana Municipal Police detained Cristhyan O, 32, and Janeth, 29, after the assault on the 63-year-old driver in Santa Fe. Both were placed at the disposal of the State Attorney General's Office.
The victim, a U.S. citizen, had to be rushed across the border to a U.S. hospital, where his condition was reported as grave and delicate."
