Removing a project after people have already completed and submitted tasks is unacceptable. Contributors put in real time and effort with the expectation that the work is legitimate and that payment terms will be honored. When a project simply disappears, workers are left carrying all the risk.
AfterQuery needs a proper onboarding process for every project before any work begins. That should include clear project terms, payment rates, submission rules, payment timelines, and a contract that both sides agree to.
No one should be expected to complete tasks based only on a project appearing on a dashboard. Proper onboarding and contract signing would create accountability and give contributors something concrete to rely on if a project is cancelled or removed.
If submitted work can disappear with the project, contributors have very little protection. That needs to change. We need clearer contracts and stronger safeguards so people are not left feeling like they were scammed after doing the work.
Is it just me or for all the new two coding projects sudddenly disappeared from the dashboard?
I submitted like a couple of tasks in one of them which failed at difficulty stage eventually....Am I offboarded from them or what?? Is there anyone who can still see these right now?
Two projects on my dashboards just vanished after I submitted a task
Is anyone facing the issue at 3rd stage everytime with issue named every trial must produce one.. please write if you guys facing same issue.
Hey! So as you all know, a new coding project has appeared. Now, after going through the subreddit and also after experiencing the same issue myself, I want to ask the team if there are any issues in the pipeline. My task has passed the bundle structure but it is stuck there, and it has been stuck there for a while. I know I am not the only one experiencing this. This makes it hard to get into a workflow and efficiently work on this project, and it blocks submissions. What am I supposed to do in this situation? Any input from the team is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
I’m interested to know if there‘s anyone who has managed to submit a task on this project successfully (passed all the tests and approved )
Anyone got any accepted tasks for the new project?
Task : O*****y
I have uploaded 3 tasks but they just said validation failed and nothing is shown where they failed so that i can fix that issue
Would it be possible to introduce a dedicated category for maintenance, bug-fixing, and small improvement tasks?
Developers could work on smaller issues, submit fixes, and have them reviewed/validated by the platform team before being merged.
This could be useful for everyone: the platform gets continuous improvements and developers get a steady stream of meaningful tasks and earning opportunities.
Would love to see something like this in the future. 🙌
Just signed up today on AfterQuery. It shows five projects on the homepage, but I think none of them has available tasks. The first two says submissions are paused right now (10$/task projects). Can anyone please guide me? Should I apply to some specific roles or wait for these projects to continue?
I recently got assigned a couple of new active projects on my dashboard, but I haven't been added to any corresponding chat panel yet.
Has anyone else been assigned to these? Do these projects actually have dedicated project chat or is there a reason why they aren't showing up?
Appreciate any insight!
This is regarding the new project. I've submitted 2 tasks, and they're both on "validating." I just wanted to know if someone's task has been validated yet, and what the average time is for validation.
Is anyone else facing platform issue during validation in the recent software project?
Are projects that pays on per task basis visible to anyone, are these projects genuine?
I submitted my repository on August 9th. It went into Human Review, and I was later asked to add coverage tests.
I added the requested coverage tests, but since then I haven’t been able to move forward. The repository is still under Human Review, and I don’t see any option to resubmit it.
Because of this, I have never been able to create an environment or even a single task with this repo.
I also tried connecting the repository again, but it says the repo is already connected. I can’t remove/delete it and reconnect it either.
I reached out to the team and was told that the repo has the maximum number of tasks, which confused me because I’ve created 0 tasks so far.
I’ve opened an issue with the platform as well, but I wanted to ask here in case anyone has experienced something similar.
Has anyone had their repo stuck in Human Review after being asked to make changes? Is there supposed to be a way to resubmit it, or does someone from the team have to manually review/reset it?
I’ve been working and submitting tasks since August 5, and so far I’ve submitted around 5 tasks over the past several days. However, 5 of those tasks are still pending review/approval.
Since it has now been about 10 days since I started, I’m wondering if it makes sense to hold off on submitting more tasks until the pending ones are reviewed.
Is anyone else experiencing similar delays? How long are reviews currently taking for you?
Thanks!
Hi all, I've been recently accepted in one of the domain expert project. I'm trying to submit the task but I think I got stuck in an infinite loop of easiness probe v/s Difficulty probe. One of these 2 always fail. This is my first task and Any suggestions to get out of this loop would be much much much appreciated!!🙏
Did anyone get accepted/rejected since the last portal opening?
Also, did anyone actually got paid since the start of this project?
