All Hail Zohran “The Equalizer” Mahmdani
May his ashes grace the Palace of the People for centuries to come. May his hand reach across the entire east coast of the Americas
A suggestion for São Paulo
I am a lover of industrialist faiths, and in my opinion, São Paulo could have a unique industrialist faith of his own.Considering that São Paulo, similar to the steel belt, has a long history with industry and possibly even its own Titans of industry (Baron Mauá, for example). So it would be interesting to have an industrialist faith with all the sacred places being in São Paulo, and worshipping local industrial titans (Matarazzo as another example). In my opinion, that would be interesting; it could even create an interesting story with an adventurer crossing most of the American continent and finding that...Even on the other side of the Americas, there are people worshipping the power of industry!Well, I've suggested other faiths before, but in my opinion, são Paulo perfect fit for having one's own industrialist faith,And that one of its doctrines would be communal identity (since the people of São Paulo are descendants of Titans of the past) I would like to hear opinions on whether it's possible to do this (I would be very grateful if my suggestion were considered).
The Ballad of Lupi has become a popular theatrical performance in the seafaring cultures of Southeast Asia. It has inspired many of the Sea-Kings of the region to search for the lost treasure of the legendary Single Fragment.
Amish Aesthetic Plea: What do I have to do to get the devs or a modder to Give all Amish the straw hats and different beard variants for their cultural aesthetic!?!?
This would be so friggin cool and I think make the Amish faction very unique and bring a lot of players to them for a new campaign! Amish kings with crowns over their straw hats, dukes and counts with circlets. All beard with no stache options default to men over 18. It would be perfect 🥲 (i’d mod this myself but i am not at all computer savvy).
Mod on negative space and not loading
I have tried playing the game recently but it appears as having negative space and it simply not loads, instead defaulting to the base game. Do any of you have any solution to that?
So does TV and Movies or Gameboys still exist?
So like I know they are most definitly not getting new stuff but alot of older things like those prize tvs that ran on batteries and vhs players and gameboys have ridicolous lifetimes and still work after a insane level of stress. I wonder if these things would still exist in ATE even if more of them cant be made since they ran on batteries.
How do I find her
I've found and played as the other two main menu characters already, but now, even after checking every single county in Canada, I cannot find her. Where is she?
After the End Dev Diary 9: Children of the Sun
Empires rise and fall, but none can tower above the Crown of the Andes.
Check out our second dev diary for our 0.21 Ozymandian Principle Update, focusing on the Realm of Four Parts, Tawantinsuyu, its mechanics and, new flavor!
How long will the next update come before the next DLC?
It seems to be a tradition at this point to release an ATE update right before a new DLC broke it lol.
How active is the ck2 community for afte still?
I'd really like to play a multiplayer game, because I love the mod and setting but the ai either being too easy or impossible "etc. hordes 50 years in into the game" gets boring fast.
Also is there still a active discord for the ck2 mod?
"My Authority emanates from all of you, and it ceases before your sovereign presence" - General José Gervasio Artigas before the Oriental Congress of 1813
Today the Oriental Republic of Uruguay celebrates the 215th anniversary of the Battle of Las Piedras, the first victory of the Uruguayan people against the royalist forces in the May Revolution. In celebration, here is a teaser highlighting some new content coming to Uruguay including title history and starting events!
More cultures with a bureaucratic ethos.
For example, the hunriskeans in southern Brazil, the buragujin in São Paulo, the paulistanos (although cosmopolitans also work well) – the two examples I gave irritate me.The Buragujin and the Hunriskeans are two cultures perfectly suited to the bureaucratic ethos and its play style (especially the Hunriskeans, they seem made to be bureaucratic). But for some reason they're stoic, it irritates me that the people from Tocantins have a bureaucratic ethos and the hunriskeans don't.So here's my suggestion to the mod developers: at least make the Hunriskeans and Burajugin have a bureaucratic ethos, and please add more cultures with a bureaucratic ethos to the map.Although I would already be the happiest person in the world if the two I mentioned in the next update were of a bureaucratic ethos, which is what they seem to deserve,Thank you developers if you add the change that I'm suggesting. (I think it's not that hard to do, right? Compared to the wonders you guys are doing to adapt AUH) Thank you if you listen to me.
P.S: Hans the Restorer awaits your response in the grand Holy Roman Empire. Peace be upon you!
How come there seems to be no contact with the old world?
Are we sure that people, with sure knowledge of the old and new worlds wouldn’t have at least attempted to, say, travel down the Aleutian Islands, or that nobody would’ve had to repel a freak invasion from Iceland or something?
It would make a lot more sense for the invasions from Morocco, Britain, Japan (through Hawaii, though I’m not sure if I’m imagining this) and Russia to come after sustained contact (at least I think these were the planned invasion events). Not every “first (second) contact” has to be a Chinggis Khan style invasion ya know?
The Monastic Hobotramp Order, or the Hobotramps, are a religious sect in the remnants of the old American Empire. Known for their itinerant nature, they search across the lands for the mythical big rock candy mountain. They are said to be founded by Grandmaster James Eads How.
Kinship goverments being removed in the next mod patch(1.19)
¿Why was that decision made? ¿It was conceptual decision with the mod vision? It was because of mechanic problems; do they plan to implement it better in the future?
I see this discussion did not get track in the discord and got lost between a myriad of other conversations, so I post this question here.
