CMB - BKK economy dinner on Thai Airways
Shrimp Pad Thai, coconut cream cake, and salad

Shrimp Pad Thai, coconut cream cake, and salad
chicken curry, noodles (with sauce), coffee cake roll, bread, and truffle rice chips. Curry was delicious and the chips were really really tasty.
Stir fried rice vermicelli noodles with chicken mince and braised tofu. Came with onion crackers, blueberry yogurt, orange, apple, and guava slices. A honey kumquat lemonade was given to everybody and then you could call for other beverages.
First photo is from the DFW to MAD flight with Iberia. I think the main dish was the best I've ever had in economy, the rice was very very flavorful.
Second flight was MAD to PHL on American Airlines, I think they really did revamp their meals recently, the main dish wasn't the best I've had but not bad. The ice cream mid flight was really good. The last picture is of the snack they gave us before landing. Pretty mid but if you're hungry it'll do. They also had plenty of decent snacks in the middle of the plane.
This trip I also did a short ~4 hour roundtrip from MAD to TLV on El Al. They offer two sandwich options, roast beef and shawarma. Tried both, get the shawarma if you're ever in this situation, roast beef was flavorless.
Just putting all this info here so others can find it if they like to know what to expect like I do before I fly.
pork rice, seaweed salad with salmon, matcha cake, and cheesey cracker (?). the seaweed salad was really tasty and the salmon was nice surprise. the matcha cake was so light and fluffy! really pleasant.
Surprisingly quite good! Red wine beef, corn and edamame, soba noodles, a bun, brownie for dessert and red wine for a beverage.
