I don't like the canon ships

Why I don't like Tatsumi x Mine

  1. Because the author poorly developed their relationship; in fact, for the first 8 volumes, Tatsumi and Mine did not have any scene that could even suggest a real mutual romantic interest. In fact, Tatsumi had all the most impactful scenes with any other female character, such as Sheele who comforts him for the death of his companions (the first to truly get close to him), Akame who for the first time lets down her mask of apathy and shows all her sadness and emotion (which leads to the scene where Tatsumi punches himself and promises her that he would not die), Esdeath who directly confesses her interest in Tatsumi, etc, per poi svilluppare la loro relazione in due volumi, giving ridiculous reasons and with very few scenes

  2. Because the motivations are decidedly weak (in the case of Mine) or totally lacking (in the case of Tatsumi), seriously Mine falls in love because she is saved by Tatsumi, that's it, the most predictable thing in the world is ridiculous and was enough to make her fall in love, while Tatsumi falls in love, well, because they have sex? Seriously, when Tatsumi accepts Mine's confession, Tatsumi does not do it out of love, but out of curiosity, practically confirming that Tatsumi would have accepted the romantic confession of any NOT CRAZY girl that is at least a little cute, only to then fall in love with her because they have sex together and Mine decides to save him during his execution (something that practically all the Night Raid do, which at that moment were all women).

  3. (SUBJECTIVE POINT THAT YOU CAN IGNORE) Mine has a character design that I hate, seriously she dresses and behaves like a little girl, in fact if Tatsumi seems at least like a 16/17-year-old teenager, Mine seems like an 11/10-year-old girl

Why I don't like Wave x Kurome

  1. Because the motivations are decidedly weak, Kurome falls in love with Wave for the same reason as Mine, because Wave saves her from Syura, too bad that Kurome, unlike Mine, has always been able to count on Natala's help, the jerk who continued to protect her both dead and alive, and yet Kurome never showed any interest in him, Wave falls in love with Kurome after being kissed, that was enough to make him fall hopelessly in love with her

  2. Because (more importantly) it ruins their characters, like

Kurome not only becomes a damsel in distress so that Wave can save her (not only in the fight with Akame, but also in the fight with Syura, the same one who probably would have gone crazy just from Natala) but instead of becoming a young woman like Akame, understanding and regretting her mistakes and finding the mental strength to make her own decisions, she remains a child, needing someone to force her to make the right decision (Wave) and towards whom she becomes completely dependent (I can see why weebs love their relationship)

Seriously, how much better it would have been to see Kurome decide to abandon the empire on her own or to decide to fight for the empire again but by her own choice, perhaps because she still hopes to be able to change the empire from within together with Wave and Budo

Wave, on the other hand, goes from being Tatsumi's counterpart at the beginning of the manga (a naive boy who wanted to change the empire from within) who said he fought for justice, to putting the people first, to becoming a simp who only moves his ass when his girlfriend is about to be raped (he should have tried to kill Syura and company right after their first massacre) and abandons all his ideals for the first cute girl who kisses him.

Seriously, how much better would it have been to see Wave join Budo and slaughter the Wild Hunt together with him, to see Wave continue to fight for the empire in the hope of being able to change it from within and maybe die precisely at Tatsumi's hands, damn it, Wave would probably have become one of my favorite characters

Unpopular opinions about Lubbock?

It's the pervert's turn. My unpopular opinion is he should have survived and instead, Najenda died at the story.

Unpopular opinions about Tatsumi?

Now, I REALLY HOPE SLANDER COMMENTS. Now being serious, I think a unpopular opinion is their chemistry with Akame was of best friends. They dont make a good couple together.

Come up with some ideas for a Netflix live action adaptation. (For amusement purposes only.)

This is just a joke. For amusement purposes only.
