I think I did really badly in this paper idk like my A01 was very good I know it was very accurate across the source and non source But IDK like I feel like I kind of lost my way I feel like I lost it omg 😭😭😭😭 the ideologies question went so bad. i think i didnt go over it enough in comparison to the regular questions. idk if it was enough for an A*. im just annoyed because the question paper itself was good and i was just so stressed

Omg i can't believe all the predictions came up I genuinely thought I was gonna fail politics this morning and wouldn't be able to write anything this morning but now I think I might be able to get an A at least if I lock in on paper 2 and 3

like I learnt all this stats for nothing and my points were just weird…. This is for the parties one btw didn’t even LOOK at the voting behaviour one

Feel like I answered 1/3 of what I could have for that paper. What sick in the mind individual decided 3 essays in 2 hours is doable. Brilliant questions that we predicted accurately but whoever created the politics spec (which I already have beef with for how biased it is) should burn.

It seems like nobody does AQA lol

How cooked am I if I didn’t have time to write 1 theme in the source based question I completed the FPTP question in detail and socialism and detail but only could do 2 themes in source and the conclusion 😭

im starting revision now and im mostly doing essay plans for democractic deficit, electoral systems and voting behaviour. if anyone has any other edexcel predicitons PLEASE drop them...

I'm joking (sorta) but I suck at source questions even with my text to speech device. I always miss something and it's just hard for me lmao.

Does only 1 question get marked if you answer two questions or could I theoretically get marks for both? (i am like half joking)

For the ideoligies do we need to completely disagree or agree or can it be nuanced with the question saying that u agree to an extent. So we can argue both sides of the argument that said ideology is united and divided?

My teacher said for 24 mark ideologies questions we need contemporary examples, like policies and PMs linked to certain ideologies. I thought it was just the theory needed, like the key thinkers and relation to the different strands. Do we need modern examples like in the 30 markers?

Anyone have any thoughts?

Are essay plans on HUMAN NATURE, STATE, SOCIETY, and ECONOMY enough?

Is it enough to plan just two paragraphs each, or is three still needed for me rn?

Struggling enough with this subject as is. But I know nothing about ideologies… don’t even remember learning. Say the name of a key thinker and I may recognise the name but know NOTHING about it.

Wtf do I do 🫠 ? Barely 4 days. I’m practically starting from scratch. Alongside revision for another important exam.

I’m going to do essay plans for Human nature, state, economy, and society.
My FEAR is a question coming up about a specific strand… like revolutionary and evolutionary socialists (had to look up the strands for socialists, because again I know NOTHING about ideologies). Is this something I should worry about? Or should I just stick to these four essay plans? If I SHOULD worry about it, how do I even do essay plans when there are so many strands and thinkers?
