Got this at the thrift store and curious if this is legit! Thank you!

don’t know what to make of this tag. the leather tag is split down the middle and I can’t find any information on if that’s something that is common with gucci bags.

I ordered a Gucci Jackie from Vestaire last night and didn’t realize I chose the “direct ship” option. Immediately after placing the order, asked if I could add on authentication services for an extra fee. I was told by a customer service rep that this couldn’t be changed b/c the label was already made and there wasn’t anything they could do about it. I got a bit paranoid after and did a google lens search of the bag listing as I didn’t think to do this before purchasing 🤦‍♀️. Lesson learned.

Google didn’t flag anything until this serial number photo. I sent this screenshot to Vestaire wanting to cancel the order as the seller hasn’t shipped yet. They told me they can’t do that and what I can do is open up a case when received and send it to them and they’ll determine if I get a refund or not based on their findings. I did see some Gucci Jackie bags with a similar numerical format, but I don’t know how accurate google lens is with these things. I think when I receive the bag I plan to use an online service to verify. I’ve heard mixed reviews about Legit Grails if anyone has other recs? Just want to do all I can to document. In the mean time, does anything immediately stand out to anyone/does anyone know if Google is right about the serial number?
