Buyer is spamming “I did not authorize this purchase” messages after purchasing eBay authenticity guaranteed.
A buyer purchased an item from me via Authenticity guaranteed and shortly after I shipped the item they started sending the message “I did not authorize this purchase” almost everyday. I am of the belief they are angling towards a chargeback. With that said, does anyone know if in these cases if a seller is protected from chargebacks? Will I lose out on the money if a chargeback is opened or will eBay protect me?
