I am on the same wifi, the sq5 is not showing up. I tried entering the ip address manually and still isn't showing up. I have tried everything I could think of. Please help

Hey all, I have 6 or 7 ME 500s in use, all connected back to an MEU, and are all using POE. The MEU signal is fed from a single cat6 back to an SQ5.

Recently, we have developed an issue where the same ME 500 suddenly doesn’t have audio. All the rest of them do. If we power cycle the MEU, sometimes the offending 500 will work, sometimes not.

It looks like it has power, but it’s also on the longest cat6 run from the MEU, and isn’t a premade cable, but rather is one that I terminated. So my next plan is to add a power supply, in case it’s not getting enough power to adequately work, and then also change the ends of the cable.

Those next steps aside, I was wondering if anybody has had an experience like this? Or any suggestions to share?
