When is a lie a lie…

“Amanda and Raffaele have not lied.”

I have heard this schpiel so many times from Amanda Knox’s supporters or (Amandist’s)

Firstly, everyone lies. Let’s start with statistics.

In a survey, 75% of the participants admitted to lying between 0 to 2 times daily. During communication, 7% of it consisted of lying but only 10% were major lies. 90% of the time, the lies were trivial.

We know Amanda lied because she lied about smoking weed.

The Initial Denial: Early in the 2007 investigation, Knox lied to police and claimed they hadn't smoked pot, stating she covered for her roommates so they would not face professional consequences or lose their housing/jobs.
The Admission: Knox later acknowledged that she and Sollecito had smoked a marijuana joint and watched a movie at his flat on the night of November 1, 2007, which formed part of her contested alibi.

So there. Amanda Knox is likely part of the 75% who lies daily. Why? Because she lied point blank about the weed. That’s the first thing, she knowingly lied in a police investigation about a murder, to the police.

So, what other lies do we have?

Off the top of my head.

1. Amanda lied about her selective memory of that night. Her memory is razor sharp in her biographies, but terrible that night. Only that night. It’s the only night she ever has memory issues according to her two books, countless interviews, yada yada.
2. Amanda lied about where she was the night of the murder. First stating she was at home, then stating she went to the basketball courts with Patrick, then she saw Patrick murder Meredith, then that she was back at home. We know she is lying here. The question is which statement is a lie and why.
3. Amanda lied about the bathmat sashay. How do we know? Because in some statements, she bathmat sashays out and back, in some she bathmatsashays only out, in some she doesn’t at all. We know she’s lying.
4. Amanda and Raffaele lied about the state of Filomena’s door and who opened it.
5. Amanda and Raffaele lied about what time they woke up that morning.
6. Raffaele lied about his alibi.

We know they are lying.

So what else are they lying about? Anyone who says Amanda has not lied is in denial of case facts. It’s proven the moment she admits she lied about smoking about weed.

The average person lies, is a liar, lies twice a day. So on average, given Amanda already lied to the police once, and given these statements are clearly not true, it’s proven she had the capacity to lie, did lie, and likely according to statistics would lie more than once a day at least.

If Amanda lied about any other part of the case, would it change the people’s mind who believe that she’s innocent?

Because she did.

As Meredith Kercher died 6886 days ago, the average amount of lies Amanda has told if she falls within the average person’s statistics is 13732 lies.

Since she has dedicated most of her time to speaking about the case, nor is she known for telling the truth about anything, it’s not unreasonable to speculate Amanda has told thousands of lies about her involvement in the murder of Meredith Kercher.
