I have no clue whats wrong with this guy. His ears look the same, eyes look the same, looks great in the camera from both angles, not twitchy or weird looking IDK WHATS WRONG. I was playing the one class where you get the scanner and i scanned the dude which it said he was bad. I cannot for the life of me figure out why. Are there just some anomolies that just dont have a reason???

SHOOT EVERY PATIENT THAT WALKS THROUGH THE DOOR

No this isn't a joke nor does it rely on level 3 Secet Agent's ability to gain money for shooting an anomaly.

If you shoot a patient that isn't an anomaly, they just faint, then you can carry them to a room, cure them, & gain an extra patient cured without decreased the amount of patients needed to be checked in, which lets you & your team get a massive extra amount of cash at the end of the shift.

Also bonus, they'll all have the same needed cures, at least as far as I've seen: Medkit, Bandages, & Medicine.

Note; around like half way trough round 3 or so, your shots will start killing patients if you over use them, so I'd recommend you do this during the first shift & then just play normally from there.
