Hey everyone,
I’m developing short educational cartoons about the human body, with organs acting as characters and talking to each other. I’m looking to hire someone who can help me build a reliable production workflow and teach me how to use it independently.
What I want to create
- Vertical 9:16 videos, around 45–60 seconds each, primarily for Facebook Reels.
- Clean, flat 2D cartoon visuals: simple shapes, clear outlines, expressive eyes and mouths, and consistent character designs.
- Short conversations between characters such as the heart, brain, stomach, or kidneys, using humor to explain a health topic.
- Clear lip sync, facial expressions, gestures, body movement, and interactions with props.
- Purposeful shot changes, close-ups, reaction shots, and camera movement that support the dialogue.
I can share reference videos to explain the visual style, movement, and pacing I’m aiming for. I’ll provide the topics and dialogue.
What I need help with
I’d like someone from help choose the tools, build a working example, and document to finished video. That includes:
Creating reusable characters, backgrounds, and scene templates.
Preparing the dialogue/audio and animating each character’s speaking turns.
Handling expressions, movement, shot composition, and continuity.
Editing the scenes together with sound effects and exporting the finished video.
Providing editable project files and recorded walkthroughs so I can practice, revise, and produce future episodes.
I’ve experimented with AI image/video tools and am open to an AI-assisted or hybrid workflow. Consistency, control, and repeatability are my priorities. Please explain which steps you would handle with animation software and where AI would actually help.
