BTO delay

It's been nearly 11 days since the vehicle was packed but it has still not been dispatched to showroom yet. My SA said it max 20 days i can expect delivery but going by the situation i dont think it is possible. Any idea why there's a huge delay in dispatching the bike to showroom? Does bto take special time for dispatch or is there something else I should be aware of?

(BTO Viper Green, booked with Suryapratap Automobiles)

RTX 300 available for transfer of booking

I had placed an order for the RTX sometime back in March and I should be receiving the bike by sometime towards August, I recently got the chance to test ride it and I wasn't really impressed it and I'm planning on cancelling it and going for the scrambler 400x. So before I cancel it if there's anyone who's looking for an rtx we could probably have a talk and see if I can transfer the booking over to you.

A bit more details:

Location: Chennai

Amount paid: 5000 for booking + 2250 for knuckle guards and front fender

Variant: Base white colour

In addition to this I had also purchased the rear tyre hugger and scratch guard for the speedometer for around 1700.

Got the Rtx a few days ago and had to get the accessories done.

I got the crash guard from moto torque, and the fender and knuckle guards are from tvs itself.

110+ Days of waiting for the RTX 300 Top Variant in Belagavi... Still no update

Just wanted to share my frustration. Booked the top model of the Apache RTX 300 on March 16 here in Belagavi.

When booking, the general consensus online was a 3-month wait, but it's heading towards 4 months with zero active updates. The portal just says "Booking Received." It feels like TVS completely underestimated the demand or is facing massive production bottle-necks.

Anyone else in Karnataka who booked in March still waiting in the dark? At this point, I don’t even know what month to expect it.

Bto delivery

So last week (precisely last Thursday) the status changed to vehicle packed, but not dispatched yet. How long does it actually take for dispatch to happen once packed? Any reason for the delay?

Dear TVS, either deliver my RTX... or deliver me peace of mind. 😭

TVS RTX waiting is testing my patience... I genuinely don't know what to do anymore. 😭

I think I've reached my limit.

After talking to my dealer and TVS support, I was told it could still take 180+ more days. 💀

I'm honestly thinking about cancelling my RTX booking... but the problem is, I'm not mentally ready to buy the KTM 390 Adventure either. My heart is still stuck on the RTX.

Every time I decide to cancel, I see another RTX delivery post and end up waiting again. 🥲

RTX owners: Was the wait really worth it?

People still waiting: How are you dealing with this?

And one small request to TVS... 😂

Please cancel everyone else's booking in my area and make me the priority for next month's delivery. My brain has officially started boiling.

Someone please convince me to either keep waiting... or let go. 😭

TVS Apache RTX delivery delayed for almost 6 months while later bookings are getting delivered. Anyone else facing this?

I booked my TVS Apache RTX Top Variant (Metallic Blue) on 3 February 2026.

At the time of booking, I was promised delivery after 15 May. When that didn’t happen, I was asked to wait until 15 June. TVS Customer Care told me the delivery is expected in the first week of July, while the dealership is now saying 31 July.

I’ve already raised six complaints with TVS

Despite all this, I’ve received no clear explanation, no confirmed delivery date, and no transparency regarding my booking.

The most frustrating part is that I’ve come across people who booked the same motorcycle after me and have already received delivery.

TVS has stated that allocation follows a First-Come-First-Serve (FCFS) policy. If that’s true, why are later bookings being delivered before earlier ones?

I’ve already purchased riding gear and accessories based on the original delivery commitments, and now I’m approaching six months of waiting.

I’ve escalated this matter to TVS Customer care , but still I get no response from them.

Has anyone else experienced something similar with the Apache RTX or any other TVS motorcycle? Were you eventually able to get your delivery or receive a proper explanation from TVS?

I’d appreciate hearing your experiences or any suggestions on how to escalate this further.

TVS Apache RTX production update – dealership says 40–50 bikes/day, 180+ day waiting?! Need real info from TVS or insiders

Hi everyone,

I recently got an update from my TVS dealer after raising a customer ticket regarding my pre-booked Apache RTX.

They told me that current production is around 40 to 50 bikes per day, and because of the high demand, the waiting period is still estimated to be 180+ days.

It has already been around 50 days since booking started for me, and honestly the wait feels long. I’ve also heard from others in my city and online that some people are already waiting 5–6 months or even more.

A few questions I really want clarity on:

  • Is production actually this slow right now, or is demand just too high?
  • Are deliveries being prioritized based on booking date or region?
  • Is TVS planning to increase production capacity anytime soon?
  • Anyone from TVS or dealership network who can share real insights?

I’ve seen mixed feedback - some say it’s normal for a new high-demand launch, others feel supply is too limited compared to bookings.

Would really appreciate if anyone here (especially insiders or people with confirmed info) can shed some light on the actual situation.

Also curious - anyone else here waiting? How long has your booking been stuck?

Let’s share updates so everyone gets a clearer picture.

Booked TVS Apache RTX 49 Days Ago... Still No Delivery Update. Is This Normal?

49 days. Zero delivery update. Is anyone else in the same boat?

Today marks 49 days since I booked my TVS Apache RTX from Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu, and I still haven't received a confirmed delivery date, allocation update, or production status.

I've already contacted TVS Customer Care and my dealership, but the only response so far has been, "Your concern has been forwarded to the relevant team."

So I'm curious:

When did you book your Apache RTX?

Which city/state did you book from?

Have you received an allocation or delivery date?

Has anyone actually taken delivery yet?

If you've booked an RTX, please comment with:

📍 City/State

📅 Booking date

🚚 Delivery status (Waiting / Allocated / Delivered)

It would really help everyone who's waiting to understand what's happening with deliveries across different regions.

Customized navigation dash on RTX

Been working on this for the past few days and this is what I have right now. Presenting RTX Dash.

Primary objective:

To navigate without keeping the phone unlocked and display on. This is a major con in the current app.

Bonus:

Works with google turn by turn.

Shows music/calls without blocking the native widgets. no controls.

Show RPM when running in navigation mode.

Make navigation easier to use.

Show a wallpaper of choice.

Yet to release a stable version.

Inspired by BetterDash and OpenDash projects built for RE trippr.

TVS Apache RTX 300 vs Ultraviolette X47 – Confused about petrol vs EV for next 5 years

I have booked the TVS Apache RTX 300, but I’m also seriously considering the Ultraviolette X47 Crossover.

Now I’m stuck between choosing a petrol tourer vs a future-tech electric motorcycle, and I want real-world opinions before I finalize my decision.

India is moving toward:

  • E20 petrol already in use
  • Future ethanol fuels (E85/E100 discussions)
  • Strong push toward EV adoption

Because of this, I’m trying to understand what makes more sense for the next 5 years.

My confusion:

TVS Apache RTX 300 (Petrol)

  • Reliable for long rides and touring
  • Easy fuel availability everywhere
  • Proven ICE platform
  • But running cost depends on petrol prices

Ultraviolette X47 Crossover (EV)

  • Very advanced tech (radar, smart features, etc.)
  • Low running cost
  • But charging dependency and range planning
  • Newer ecosystem, less proven long-term

My main question:

Should I stick with the petrol bike for reliability and touring freedom, or switch to EV for future technology and lower running cost?

I’m not looking for emotional opinions just real ownership experience or practical advice.

Looking to jump an Apache RTX 300 booking slot in Mumbai (willing to pay premium)

Hey all, I'm trying to get an Apache RTX 300 for my brother and the fresh booking wait is currently running ~3 months. If anyone in Mumbai has a confirmed booking they're looking to give up — any variant/colour and is open to transferring it, I'm happy to pay a fair premium on top of your token amount for an earlier slot.

Ideally looking for something deliverable by end of July, but flexible if it's close.

Please DM with: dealer name, booking date, expected delivery window, and variant/colour. Will only go ahead once we've both confirmed with the dealer that a name transfer is actually possible don't want either of us stuck holding the bag.
