Has anyone noticed that they are uploading movies that are clearly cameras recording at a movie theater... The sound is so bad. :( they are losing me.

I’ve been a ApolloGroup TV member for over 5 + years. I always get a yearly subscription. Anyways yesterday the “join VIP” kept popping up so I did it. Now my login does not work on Apollo. When asking support on Apollo they told me to go to Enjoytime support. I went there and they said I was sent an email of my details. I did receive that email but those creditionals do not work at all. Neither on the website or the app startup. I then proceeded to do forgot password and that does not work at all because I did well over 10 times and never received an email. The support on enjoy time is powered by a 10 year old because they don’t help at all. What do I do ? Do I find another service ?

I even told them on enjoy I wanted to change email and they told me to fill out a form and I still didn’t receive an email to change it. It’s a joke and I’m furious right now because I just paid $160 for a year.

Live TV stopped working for us. Is anyone else having issues?

Newly subscribed to Apollo. Looks like they have everything I need except SNY. Anywhere to find it?

I noticed tonight that Toy Story 5 is on Apollo now. I was excited for my grandson. I turned it on and it is in Russian!!!

What is going on. First I see Master of the Universe and The Mandalorian and Grogu are cam versions and now this in another language!! Tv series recently were removed along with the Sportsnet channels. And before all this, movies missing the subtitles when they should have them. For example, the Indiana Jones movie had the Germans speaking with no subs.

I’ve been a subscriber for over 5 years and I think it’s time to look for something else.

I have a onn stick with Apollo installed, proton vpn. Movies/tv shows and live tv are all incredibly laggy and play for 3-4 seconds at a time and even then the audio isn’t synced. Tested speeds and both were great anybody else have this issue?

Can't log on this morning on TV or phone. Something up?

Hello. I downloaded the app on my son's tablet but I cannot log in. The m3ulink from the email doesn't work and the QR code in my profile only takes the tablet to live tv with no options. What do?

Have not seen this before but Apollo won’t run. Anyone else having this issue? Anyone know what it is or how to fix?

I have had Apollo Group for 2 years and in the past few months it has become unusable. Most the movies just buffer, audio isn’t synched, or they are in foreign languages.

Live TV was my last bastion of using this thing and I am trying to watch House of Dragon and Live TV is just not working at all. I’ve cleared the cache, I uninstalled the app and reinstalled, I’ve switched Live TV player.

At this point Apollo Group only works on my I Phone. Does anyone else have similar problems and find it only to work on your phone? I’m definitely not renewing this complete crap
