Lately I have been watching live tv and more often than usual it has started freezing with the sound playing in the background still.. normally I would back out and go back in and it would resume.

Now when this happens, I back out and go back in and all I get is the spinning wheel of death.

Normally if this service stops working I will just shake my head and go to Netflix or another service and watch there instead. NOW when I switch to those services none of those load any shows either and all I get is a loading screen before the streaming can start.

I then have to unplug the fire stick and wait a minute before trying again. After that Apollo works again for a few mins before starting the process over again. If I unplug the stick and go right to Netflix or another service I don’t have any issues whatsoever. ONLY after live tv freezes on Apollo does it cause issues for everything else…

Is it just me or anyone else been having this lately?

For reference, I am using a fire stick with Startup Show & NordVPN

At home my apollo works great and normally, but recently i bought a fire stick and downloaded startup show so i can watch tv/movies on the road. When trying to watch movies, i consistently get a playback error. If i switch countries on ProtonVPN it works for maybe 10 minutes and then happens again. Any fixes? Should i try a different player?

Anyone know the difference between these apps for "Apollo"?

I think there's even another called Playberry and just trying to figure out what one to use.

So i was having issues were nothing was working. I changed my dns and now live tv works but most VOD does not. Are you having this issue?

Quick question, I have smart TV’s should I download it on the tv itself or is it better to download it onto a fire stick for example? If downloaded on a fire stick can I just plug that fire stick into a different tv and use it?

I paid 143.00 for a year subscription and they turned it off after 9 months. Not a happy camper right now.

The EPG provided with the Startup Show app is disappointing. There are channels with no information or what it shows playing is not correct. I have Tivimate premium, is the EPG url they provide for Tivimate any better or does it have also have missing/no information? I can use another url to supplement it if needed I guess.

Can anyone help guide this "Boomer" the simplest way to pay for an Apollo subscription?

Hello my service has been down for 3 days I tried to reach someone via chat which is typically very responsive but the hold times have been extremly long by the time someone responds its usually over an hour later and I have logged off by that time. What is going on?

Is service working ? Not video or streams are working.

Issue : I think it may be certain internet providers are blocking from streaming. Anytime I connect with T-Mobile it causes the endless loading.
With Spectrum I have no issue.

Solution: For both HOME and PHONE turned I used a VPN and it fixed the loading circle and had no issues streaming. Tested it by turning off my VPN and it went back to loading.

If you don’t have a VPN service I suggest looking into one. I use IP vanish it’s fairly inexpensive.

Is anyone else having issues with streaming. Nothing seems to be working
