I’ve done EVERYTHING. Ethernet connection. VPN. Deleted cache, restarted, cleared cache, unplugged, plugged back in, deleted, re-installed, speed test after speed test… but I’ll be tarred and feathered if Apollo actually WORKS. Tech support blames my equipment. Firestick max 4k. However EVERYTHING else works but Apollo. Netflix, Amazon prime, work flawlessly. Apollo? Watch 30 seconds buffer for 30 seconds. Told me we won’t support firestick much longer. What’s the point of subscribing to a service that simply DOES NOT WORK? everyone I know with this service is experiencing the same thing. Download startup show, it’s even worse. I left for 4 hours today after trying to watch a 1 hour show. Came home 5 hours later and it was still playing 10 seconds and buffering for minutes on end

They release updates that make everything worse.

Why won’t the app update? I’ve done it several times but this keeps popping up when I open the app…

This week the picture quality for live TV and VOD has been fuzzy and poor.

Any idea how to resolve this, I’ve tried EXC vs VLC, on the new startup show app, and it isn’t a problem with the firestick.

Any reason why this patriots game looks like I’m watching it on a nintendo Wii?

Is there a new link base to use for the M3U? Ive used the one given on the apollo website, ive tried the starlite version and they all error

Update: i went back and looked and the keyboard capitalized one letter and the link was wrong..i got it to work

Does anyone know how to get subtitles added to movies and tv shows? Wasn’t there a way in the past to download subtitles? Or did Apollo get rid of that?

Seems like anything relevant isn't getting added but constantly seeing bollywood garbage get added... what is happening to apollo

Also movies titles have changed language on me inception is now A Origem?
