Sidewinder X4 plus scraping print.

After moving, I decided to switch from PrusaSlicer to OrcaSlicer, which is the recommended slicer for this printer. Before moving, it was working fine with the Prusa slicer, but after, it was scraping the prints, but not the print bed. So I factory reset and recalibrated everything, ensuring it's not the Z offset, as it's not scraping the print bed, but only scrapes the 3D print itself. I tried switching back to PrusaSlicer with no success. I'm using the default print profile at 0.2mm and printed 5 layers, with the scraping seemingly getting worse each layer.

Help! X4 plus y axis tensioning block can't be removed?

Y axis belt broke and I'm going to replace it but I went to remove the y axis block and it won't come out. I removed the screw and the block is loose but it won't come out. Is there some kind of trick? Thanks!

Help with motor issues

So i went to print something and the gears locked, i thought some filament got stuck or something so I've taken the printer head apart and it seems to be the motor that's malfunctioning. I can spin it freely, but as soon as i turn on the machine and use the change filament option, it locks.

I've attached a video of me twisting the motor, turning it on, and then moving it after turning it off again.

Any help on what happened and how to fix would be greatly appreciated, thank you!

(and yes, i know how to put it back together)

My sw x4 has a problem Z-axis belt

Whenever I move the crossbar along the z-axis towards a certain point it makes a small "jump" and after a 180° turn of the belt the same thing happens so there's something wrong with the belt that makes the z axis jump. I didn't use my printer for a year now so that's probably also why this happens. Do you have any advice on fixing it and setting up my printer again after a long pause?

Which filament should I use?

I used to buy the filament from artillery (i have a SW x4-pro) but now they only sell multi color bundles and not just single filament rolls. Is there any filament you can recommend that has a decent quality and is also not too high priced? Thank you in advance

Clicking noises no feeding

Anyone have any idea why after 10 min of printing it stops feeding and clicks back and forth? There is no tension in the line and i took out the motor plug amd back in along with ribbon.
