Hi! I develop constructed languages (conlangs) for storytelling and worldbuilding purposes. If you are currently working on a creative project and want a conlang for your setting, I currently offer six options for conlangs. Each commission option comes with the following (complexity varies between options):

  • A base vocabulary, plus any affixes/particles you'd like (possibilities may vary based on conlang grammar/morphology)
  • International Phonetic Alphabet (IPA) charts detailing the sound inventory of your conlang
  • A corpus detailing the syntax, grammatical constructions, and phonotactic rules of your conlang

Each of my current options are listed below with prices and general details about vocabulary and complexity:

Naming Conlangs (designed for nomenclature, e.g., proper nouns and place names):

Small Naming Conlang: $35 USD

  • 100 root words
  • 50 derivational affixes/particles
  • Short reference grammar

Expanded Naming Conlang: $50 USD

  • 200 root words
  • 100 derivational affixes/particles
  • Short reference grammar

Functional Conlangs (designed for full use in conversation, writing, dialogue, etc)

Simple Conlang: $75 USD

  • 200 root words
  • Any affixes/particles that you would like (max of 150)
  • Detailed reference grammar

Basic Conlang: $100 USD

  • 350 root words
  • Any affixes/particles that you would like (max of 250)
  • Expansive reference grammar

Intermediate Conlang: $125 USD

  • 500 root words
  • Any affixes/particles that you would like (max of 375)
  • Comprehensive reference grammar

that mainly involves space, stars, nebulas, galaxies and most importantly a black hole with an event horizon.

I'm not looking to render my whole cover, just a small part of it.

[Hiring] Looking for iPad Procreate Mentor

Hi! I'm looking for an iPad Procreate mentor who can help me re-learn how to draw digitally.

For my background, I am a hobbyist artist with a flat illustrative style. I started out in Photoshop but when I made the switch over to Procreate, I feel like could never just wrap my head around it and all brushes I used have been awful no matter how hard I edit them... (yes I know there are resources online but they are not helpful for me).

My goal is to re-learn the basics of Procreate, as well as some art mentorship, over the course of 2-5 sessions, meeting over Discord 1x a week. More if I feel I need it. I am willing to pay 20-30 USD per hour, could negotiate higher depending on the portfolio :)

Must:

  • Have expertise in Procreate (knows their way around brushes, settings, settings, tools, tips, life hacks)
  • Ideally has a similar artstyle to mine (in photo), or can paint in that style
  • Be free around EST evening weekdays
  • Art teaching experience not required but its a bonus!
  • Have a Discord and is comfortable with mic on.

[Hiring] Gaming Community Looking for Illustrator

Our community is looking to hire someone who can do logos, posters and media banners. We can also offer additional work for someone with animation skills.

A few things to note before you apply and go through this whole process; you may be asked to showcase a draft work. We also want to make it absolutely clear that we want someone with the confidence and skill to do everything "by hand" (digital stylus included), with a strict professional integrity and is comfortable with direct payments (sadly, there will be no negotiation on this).

We expect to pay as much as $5000 USD for each commission, so this should give you some idea of how your impressions will have to be exceptional, but this budget will be negotiated. We are open to mid-level artists if they can make an impression on the owner.

Some things that will help your chances are experience with illustrating manga-style works, books covers and/or concept art.

Discord will be required to communicate and collaborate with the owner. I will give you her discord name once I have done a preliminary check on your case.

I have a Sevika/Jinx fanfic that I would love to see rendered by a talented artist. The scene is graphic and involves a sexual act as well as futa themes, so please be aware and comfortable with that. The composition also has a unique low angle camera perspective, which might make things more difficult.
