Summer outfit inspo — which one would you actually wear?

I’ve been saving summer outfit ideas and these are exactly the kind of looks I keep coming back to — simple silhouettes, a little color, and one good bag or pair of heels to pull everything together.

I’m especially into the pink + denim combos, but the wide-leg trousers might be the easiest to actually wear.

Which look would you pick?

Loewe really said “why should a bag look like a bag?”

Loewe’s Paula’s Ibiza bags are getting weirder and somehow… I’m into it.

There’s a watering can, a strawberry, a little bird with wild hair, and then this artichoke bag that genuinely looks like someone picked it out of the produce aisle and added a chain.

The artichoke one is probably my favorite. The outside is covered in soft leather “leaves,” and you can carry it with the chain or remove it and use it as a clutch. Completely impractical, but also weirdly beautiful.

I’m not sure I’d actually spend thousands on a bag shaped like a vegetable, but if I saw someone carrying this in real life I would absolutely stare.

Dubai find 💚 My anniversary gift ended up being totally different from what I planned

We celebrated our anniversary in Dubai this year, and my partner told me to pick out something I really loved as my gift. 💝

I originally had my heart set on a Judith Leiber Martini Glass bag, but my partner took one look at it and said it looked a little too much like a toy 😂 So we kept shopping… and somehow ended up finding this Valentino instead.

And I’m actually so glad we did.

Green has always been one of my favorite colors, and this deep green with the purple-and-white trim immediately caught my eye. But the best part is all the embroidery and sequin work — there’s so much going on, yet somehow it still feels elegant rather than overly busy.

The jeweled VLogo on the front is definitely a statement, but I think that’s exactly what makes the whole bag feel special. It has that slightly vintage, almost collectible feel to it.

Definitely not the bag I expected to come home with, but maybe that’s why I love it even more. 💚

18 vintage Chanel ads that still look insanely good today

I can stare at old Chanel campaign images forever.

The black and white tailoring, tweed sets, hats, gloves, pearls, gold buttons… everything feels so polished, but never boring.

What gets me most is how recognizable the Chanel language already was in these images. You could remove the logo and I’d probably still know exactly what I was looking at.

And some of these outfits honestly don’t feel dated at all. I would still wear the black-and-white sets, the houndstooth jackets and that red coat today.

Which one would you pick?

This show is making me want to completely restyle my husband

I did not expect to like the Dolce & Gabbana SS27 menswear collection this much.

The relaxed tailoring, crochet knits, wide trousers, soft colors, little jeweled details… somehow it all feels polished without looking too serious.

There are honestly so many looks here I’d happily steal for my husband 😂

Especially the cream knits, loose trousers and those slightly retro polos.

Would you actually dress your partner in any of these?

Is this the “effortless” luxury everyone talks about? 😭

I know bags are meant to be used, but seeing a Hermès Kelly this beat up genuinely hurts me 😭

The scratches, worn corners, softened leather… she is clearly NOT babying this bag at all.

And we’re talking about a six-figure Hermès bag here. Imagine carrying a $100K+ bag around like it’s your everyday grocery tote lol.

Maybe this is the real definition of luxury — being able to own something this expensive and not stress about keeping it perfect.

Could you ever use a Kelly like this, or would you be terrified of the first scratch?

Finally found my Galliano-era Dior dream bag

I’ve been looking for one of these for what feels like forever, and I finally found one that felt right.

The gold satin, tiny embroidered details and all those dangling Dior coin charms are already so over-the-top in the best way — but then you open it and the hot pink lining somehow makes it even better.

This is exactly why I love older Dior. The pieces from this era just had so much personality.

Would you actually wear something this ornate, or keep it as a collector piece?

I did not expect to like LV menswear this much

I randomly came across some detail shots from the Louis Vuitton SS26 menswear show and ended up loving the accessories way more than I expected.

That green clutch immediately caught my eye — the deep green, gold hardware and trunk-like details make it feel so rich without looking overly flashy.

I also really like how much personality there is across the bags this season: stripes, embroidery, charms, unusual shapes… even the more classic pieces feel a little less predictable.

I honestly didn’t expect LV to be the collection I’d keep coming back to.

Which bag from the show caught your eye first?

If I had 10,000 reasons to love Cartier, versatility would be #1

What I love most about Cartier is how easily it mixes with almost everything.

Yellow gold, white gold, diamonds, pearls, vintage pieces, even jewelry from completely different brands — somehow Cartier rarely feels out of place. And their watches might be even better for stacking.

I’m especially drawn to the older pieces lately. The vintage Trinity designs, including the Trinity Constellation and the 1998 Christmas edition, have so much more personality to me than just buying whatever is current.

I’d love to keep finding older Cartier pieces that work with a slightly more neutral / androgynous wardrobe.

What vintage Cartier pieces would you hunt for?

Belts might be the most underrated part of an outfit

My waist isn’t tiny at all, but I still love wearing belts.

A good belt can completely change the proportions of an outfit — define the waist, break up a simple look, and make even basics feel much more intentional.

Lately I’ve been loving both the very minimal styles and the ones with more statement hardware.

Do you prefer a subtle belt, or one that becomes part of the outfit itself?

I think bag charms are half the outfit at this point

I used to think a good bag didn’t need much else, but lately I’m completely converted. A scarf, a few charms, pearls, even something a little silly can make the same bag feel totally different.

I especially love the contrast of a very classic bag with playful charms — somehow it makes it feel more personal instead of less polished.

Which style are you into: clean and minimal, or the more-is-more charm overload?

If you want the exact style or price of anything in the photos, just screenshot the one you mean and use the contact info in the pinned post.

Copying outfits from the girls who always get it right

Sometimes I don’t want to overthink an outfit — I just want to see a look I love and copy the formula.

These are exactly that kind of inspiration for me: simple pieces, good proportions, and one detail that makes the whole outfit feel finished.

I’m especially into the blazer + jeans, the white look with blue shoes, and the suede jacket combo.

Which one would you copy first?

Tiny bag, unnecessarily fancy charm

This bag is small, but somehow it still fits way more than I expect.

So naturally I did the completely reasonable thing and gave it a ridiculously fancy crocodile leather charm 😂

I love how something this tiny can change the whole personality of the bag.

Do you like keeping small bags simple, or adding one slightly over-the-top charm?

Only ONE can come home with me. Which LV charm wins?

Stopped by my friend’s store today and caught them organizing a whole bunch of these tiny LV charms and mini pouches… and I’m obsessed 😭

The little bags are cute, but then I saw the crab, shell, turtle, donut, burger, fuzzy heart and that giant plush chain and completely lost the ability to choose lol.

I feel like the orange lock would look so fun hanging from a bag, but the tiny cherry bag and pink donut are dangerously cute too.

If you could only pick ONE from these photos, which one are you taking home?

I need someone to make this decision for me before I leave with five 😂

Polished but not boring — which of these outfits would you actually wear?

I’ve been saving outfits that feel put-together without looking too serious, and this is pretty much the direction I keep coming back to.

White shirts with denim, sheer black layers, fitted tailoring, monochrome looks, simple tanks with structured bags — most of these outfits are actually pretty minimal. What makes them work for me is the contrast between clean basics and one stronger element, whether it’s the heels, the bag, the silhouette or the jewelry.

I especially like that they still feel feminine without becoming overly sweet or dressy. Some could work for the office, some for dinner, and a few are definitely more “I have somewhere important to be” energy.

My favorites are the black sheer shirt + trousers and the beige blazer + mini skirt.

Which one would you wear most: black, white/denim, navy, brown, or beige?

u/SeaPickle4698 — 7 days ago

Which jewelry stack would you actually wear?

I’ve been playing around with different bracelet + ring combinations and can’t decide which direction I like more.

Some are more colorful and playful, others feel cleaner and more classic.

If you had to pick one from these 9, which would you choose?

u/CulturalStranger8413 — 6 days ago

Does black + gold ever feel too coordinated, or is this exactly why it works?

I’ve been really into black and gold lately, and this combination feels so good to me.

The soft black bag, square-toe heels, and little gold details all tie together without needing much else.

Would you wear everything together, or break it up with a different bag or shoe?

u/CulturalStranger8413 — 6 days ago

7 polished outfit formulas I’d actually wear — which one feels the most put-together?

I’ve been saving outfit formulas that feel polished without looking too formal, and these are pretty much my ideal balance.

I keep coming back to the same things: wide-leg trousers, simple fitted tops, tonal colors, minimal sandals, and one structured bag or piece of jewelry to finish everything off.

My favorites are probably:

  • 1 for a muted monochrome work look
  • 3 for summer lunches or a nicer office day
  • 5 for an easy denim weekend outfit
  • 6 for that all-brown, understated look

I think #1 feels the most expensive, but #3 is probably the one I’d actually wear the most.

Which one would you wear for work, and which one would you save for a weekend or dinner?

Has Matthieu Blazy made Chanel more interesting, or taken it too far from “classic Chanel”?

I keep seeing really mixed reactions to Matthieu Blazy’s Chanel.

Some people feel it no longer looks “Chanel enough,” especially compared with the more polished, instantly recognizable look we got used to for years. But I actually like that he seems to be going back to something more practical and less precious.

There’s still plenty of tweed, camellias, chains, pearls and classic Chanel references, but the clothes feel looser, more lived-in and easier to imagine on an actual woman moving through her day.

Personally, I’d rather see Chanel take a few risks than become completely predictable.

Would you actually wear or buy anything from this direction? Or do you miss the more traditional Chanel look? Which outfit here works best for you?

u/SeaPickle4698 — 10 days ago

Which Chanel look feels chic, and which one feels like too much?

I love Chanel, but I think there’s a very thin line between looking polished and looking like you’re wearing the entire brand at once.

These seven outfits really show that difference to me.

1 — I love the red tweed dress. Very Chanel, but still clean and feminine.

2 — The sequins are fun, but this would definitely be a night-out look for me.

3 — Probably the hardest one for me to wear. The all-over logo print feels like a lot.

4 — Surprisingly cute. I like how the knit top is balanced by the simple black skirt.

5 — My favorite. The cardigan, wide-leg jeans and structured bag feel effortless without losing the Chanel look.

6 — Very elegant and probably the easiest one to wear to a nicer lunch or event.

7 — Classic, pretty and safe. I’d wear this one when I want to look put-together without thinking too much.

For me, #5 wins, with #1 and #6 close behind.

Which one would you actually wear? And is there one here that feels a little too “Chanel” for you?
