My favourite thing about AusPost...

...is the way they automatically mark as "Resolved" complaints about their driver's non-attempt at delivery. Oh but the photo, they will claim, yeah the photo is of the door to my garage not my unit and I was home all day and didn't hear a knock. So I submitted an online complaint, went to the dashboard and saw it was automatically (automagically?) resolved. So I added a little note because I've lost count of how many times this has happened.

What's your favourite thing about AusPost?

Need advice on decent courier

I’m buying a guitar and I’m struggling to find a decent way to send it. When packed, it is 107cm ling, so aussie post isn’t an option. I considered transdirect, but when I spoke to them, over the phone they said that even without the authority to leave box, ticked and with signature on delivery requested, it is still up to the driver whether he just leaves it, or not. I need to take delivery, personally, inspect the guitar for any damage and take photos, if there is any, in front of the driver, for insurance purposes. I know what both shipping and insurance companies are like and they will work like ten men, to avoid actually paying out. Does anyone know of a decent shipping company that won’t bankrupt me?

Amazing made an auspost label and gave it to a contractor

Had to file a ticket with auspost relating to a package that sat for a week unshipped

Reply informed me it had been handed off to an unknown contractor before auspost came to collect

Huzzah hurrah god only knows when I'll receive it

99% sure postie racked a ring i bought, any pointers on how to chase it up?

Evening ladies and gents,
Bought a ring off depop and it finally “arrived” today. Seller sent it in an envelope and when i’ve got my hands on it there’s no ring and a finger sized hole in the front lmao

Got in touch with the seller and she sent it off fully intact and with the item inside so nothing wrong on her end. It’s worth under $100 so should be covered even without extra cover.

If anyone can lmk what I can do about it, would be greatly appreciated :) not sure if it falls upon the sender or me to chase it up.

Cheers xx

Scammed through Xpressbees delivery

I ordered two products from Nykka. I got an SMS from Xpressbees that the Nykka product i ordered is out for delivery and share the 6 digit number. They contacted me, it was normal and since I wasn't home I told them to place it inside the porch. And I haven't got any official message of the product delivery. When I came back and didn't saw the parcel I contacted them, and that's when they said they couldn't deliver and will deliver tomorrow, again a text message came saying I have to share the 4 digit code which I refused instantly. Cause I never had an experience like that asking for another 4 digit code to redeliver. I told them I will cancel the order directly from the website. After disconnecting I got the official message showing my product got delivered. It was a prepaid order. I Compliant on nykka and contacted them. Also report a return with screenshots of the discrepancy SMS.

But I'm so scared cause i shared the 6 digit number. Will this affect my bank account?

I live NSW. The package originated from NSW. and so far it's been to South Australia, Victoria and QLD. It's going on a fucking vacation.

Package from Canada stuck at Chullora.

I've got a parcel stuck at Chullora since 21st of July. Spoke to Auspost and got told that I should consider it "lost". It's amazing how much parcels I receive from Canada, yet this one contains a PSA 10 One Piece card worth $5k and i get told to consider it "lost". From Canada to Heathrow no issues. From Heathrow to Sydney no problem. From Chullora intake scanning to oblivion...

Should I give up hope??

Package Lost?

On 08/04 it was showing Expected Delivery: 08/06, but since 08/05 morning it either says like the screenshot says or “Delayed”.

Should i contact the seller? What are the chances it shows up by early next week?
Never seen this happen before.
