Hey boys, I have decided I am gonna jump ship from Milwaukee. I am keen on going with Hikoki 36v because its multivolt but I dont mind if the range is smaller but a huge downfall is not as easily accessible at local shops besides Sydney Tools. On the other hand I am thinking of just going 18v Makita (40v I dont see being worth the extra $$$) I know the reliability etc. Keen to hear what you think, especially those that have swang into both brands and preferences
Best answer will get a forehead kiss
Hey, so I’m looking to become a tradie but am unsure what trade to go into. I’m not great with maths (like don’t know anything but the basic maths) what is a good one for me? Any help would be appreciated
Ps I’m 16 and currently have a job at Coles
So, I've got a Makita DTD153 and recently I had the chance to use the Milwaukee M12FID20 (both in pictures) and rn I'm a trades assistant, I carry all my shit in my backpack which is heavier and the makita being a bit bigger takes some extra room that could be used for other stuff.
Been wondering if I should get the milwaukee when I find a nice deal as its quite pricey.
Milwaukee seems to be as good as makita in terms of quality, my coworkers are divided, half of them are full makita users and the other half is fully milwaukee fans.
I'm looking for some impartial opinion on the matter.
