The timing is flexible, and mid-month move-ins will be prorated. This goes directly through the complex building management so everything is completely on the books.

The Rent is $1195 + utilities are about $300-$330 per month

My electric bill- $55 to $65 per month

Gas- $70 and $80

Water and trash about- $55

My phone and internet is Spectrum
