I am making a somewhat abrupt move out of the Austin area next month, and I am locked into a lease until December. Ideally, I'd like to find someone to replace me as a tenant starting in July, and I am willing to pay for your first month's rent to sweeten the deal.

The property is a 3 bedroom / 2.5 bath house with a 2 car attached garage in the 78727 area code. The current rent is 2,100/mo (though I cannot promise the property owner will allow continuation of the current lease/rate or not).

The house will come unfurnished but will have a professional cleaning performed during my move out to make sure it's fully move in ready.

My friend group runs a local Magic: The Gathering meetup group primarily for commander. It's completely free to attend, and we meet up once a week! Details are below:

We mainly play in bracket 3, but we do have a few people who dabble in lower and higher power. We have a good mix of new and experienced players, so you're more than welcome no matter your skill level!

We also sometimes bring trade binders to get some trades in. So you can even just stop by to see what people have to trade!

Lastly, while we're mainly a commander group, we do have one or two people who play other formats (draft, standard, etc.) So even if commander isn't your favorite, you still might meet others who enjoy your favorite format too. :)

Everything is in working order, it's just a bit rusty, I don't have a garage so it's spent its entire life outside. It doesn't have the keyfob for the alarm system, so it just has the steering lock, you'll have to get a replacement from Beachman.
