Let me know if you have any questions!!

Aside from the food, this is an 1123 party mostly.

Lining up the Lagrimas, Chamucos, and Cascahuin Plata 48.

I’m sure at least one person is gonna want something else from the bar.

I need to finish that G4 and Cazcanes repo. That repo is such a treat when it’s 25% full.

The Fuenteseca is just recently opened. Loving it. Will probably bring that out as the aperitif. Am I using that word right?

Anyway, cheers and happy Labor Day weekend yall!

Happy LDW!

Hey folks!

Wife lost her ring somewhere between Cloud Nine and John’s Place.

No idea where, probably on the sidewalk or street.

If found, I’ll Venmo or Apple Pay a couple hundred and provide a shipping label.

Thank you!

It works. The controller may need a new charging cable. Haven’t touched it since I got the PS5. See pic for games.

Take it all for $150

Lmk if you have any questions!

Trying again since first post was removed.

Added pics of the serial and model number, along with it working as of the time of this post..

Here’s the ChatGPT response on what I should sell for…

The label shows you have a Samsung UN65TU8000FXZA, manufactured in August 2020. It’s a 65” Crystal UHD 4K LED TV—a solid entry-level 4K model, but not one of Samsung’s higher-end QLED or Neo QLED TVs.

Given today’s used market:
List it for: $325
Expect to sell for: $250–300

If you’re in Austin, where the used TV market is pretty active, I’d start at $325 OBO…

So that’s what I’m asking. I am located in West Austin. You’ll need to pickup. I’m on a 3rd floor walk up and can help bring it down.

LMK if you have any questions

Excellent as always.

What a week, better make it a double.

Normally don’t go for the Cointreau, but added a splash this time.

3oz Plata 48

.5oz agave syrup

.5(ish) oz Cointreau

3 medium limes

Dash of flaky salt over the ice before shaken vigorously for 30 sec.

Could easily add an extra oz of the Plata since I used 3 limes.

Cheers to the weekend!

Absolutely loving this one.

1.5 oz G4 Premium

1.5 oz Pineapple Juice

0.5 oz agave nectar

1 big ol’ lime

Shake vigorously

Pour 0.5 oz Campari in the center and it will sink to the bottom.

Adds a bitterness to the usually tart margarita. I chose G4 for the minerality. It plays well with the bitter flavor of the Campari.

I would probably top with Topo for the next one.

Happy Friday y’all.

It’s been a week, so I’m excited to try a few new pours.

Grabbed the Fuentaseca, Siembra Valles HP & Lagrimas when I went out of town. Cracked the Lagrimas in the hotel and it’s been really enjoyable. Classic 1123 profile.

Tonight I’m having a marg with the Cascahuin Plata 48. Neat, it’s very agave forward with a little heat up front that just disappears after a seconds. A slightly higher proof in a marg is usually my go to.

2oz Tequila

.5 oz agave

.5 oz water

Fresh lime juice of 1 large lime or 2 smaller ones

The drink tastes great. Familiar smokey 1123 profile. I get campfire, agave/lime shortness that starts and finishes like a dry Chardonnay.

I’ve all but stopped with Grand Marnier and Cointreau, but someeeetimes I’ll add .25oz to round it off.

Cheers!
