Hey, people! Do we have Ayaka + Vodyanitsa calcs already? Some leakers are saying Vodyanitsa is a decent Escoffier replacement cause having them together is overheal + makes shred cap and get worse.

I was wondering cause Vodyanitsa helps Furina w/ hydro res and Ayaka is Shenhe's best user (specially considering Shenhe's C1 is free).

Do you all know if we have any calc? I don't think it will be 1000% better than Escoffier but for those like me who lost Escoffier and Odette, Vodyanitsa might at least make Ayaka fun again cause I love my triple crowned queen.

So currently, I have a c0r1 Ayaka, c0r1 Escoffier, c1 Shenhe, and c2 Furina.

My team currently does 164k dps. If I pull one copy of Ayaka, my dps should go up to 195k dps. My Ayaka does about 50% of the teams damage. So c2 should add about 31k damage if the extra frost flakes all hit.

I would pick up the free constellation from the Temper Thyself event. I don't have anything else worth getting except maybe c4 Mizuki or c5 Mona.

Alternatively, I could pick up a Skirk and give her Ayaka's weapon instead. I am f2p and I can not afford more than 1 cost to spend on this team. I find Ayaka easier to play than Skirk so she would have to be a substantial upgrade over c2 Ayaka.

Or should I give up on both of them? Ayaka is probably not going to appear in a banner for a long time. Perhaps a cryo dps will appear that blows both of them out of the water.

I haven’t seen anyone else bring her up regarding Ayaka, would she work out in a freeze team? I would place her with Mona to activate hex buffs ofc, but I’m wondering who would be the best 4th slot? (I don’t have Shenhe or Kokomi.) I was thinking maybe a cryo character for cryo resonance (such as Qiqi on ToM) or perhaps another hydro character (such as Xingqiu) to help with hydro applications?
