(C0, 4pc NSU, R1 dawning frost)

she's currently at 51.7% cr and 225.9% cd with a cr circlet. i see most people using cd circlet but i feel like my cr would be too low if i did that, even with NSU. am i wrong?

i (20F) have very bad sensory issues around my teeth in general, which makes it very difficult to brush my teeth consistently. i hate the taste of toothpaste, i hate the feeling of the brush and pressure on my teeth, i hate the sore and gritty feeling afterwards, all of it. and don’t get me started on flossing. it’s to the point where i’ve been ghosting my orthodontist for like 2 years now because i can’t wear my invisalign and i’m too embarrassed to tell them. somehow i’ve never had a cavity or any other issues as a result of my inconsistent brushing, but at my big age i want to get a grip and figure this out. any tips and tricks would be greatly appreciated!!!
