Bought this dude a month ago and I am already facing two issues which I am not sure are normal at all . Plz tell me if they are because I am too stressed about them.

Problems :-

1. Tick Tick sound from tappets :- when the engine gets heated like after riding for 2-3 km the sound starts to be noticeable. It isn't regular or continuos but rather like a sine wave . Means 2-3 ticks then 1sec nothing , then 2-3 ticks then 1sec nothing kinda like this. In my first service they told me it's normal .

2. Left side pulling :- the whole balance of this bike is leaned towards the left , that's why my only right hand starts to hurt due to counter balancing . Sevice guy told me to increase the tyre pressure to 40 psi whereas the manual says 25 psi and 28 psi , I don't think so overpressuring the tyre would do anything as the suspension are already very stiff.

Tell me if you are facing anything with your N160 too...

Had an accident. Forks got misaligned . Got it repaired. Still the handle needs a little more force to steer left. And the handlebar is automatically coming to right even when leaving from right

I own a Bajaj Pulsar N160 and recently had a small accident. The front brake, leg guard, and handlebar side cover were damaged.

The biggest issue is the front brake. After the accident, the brake loses pressure—if I pump the lever a few times, it becomes almost completely free and stops braking properly. Because of this, I've stopped riding the bike.

I gave the bike details to my authorized Bajaj service center and they ordered the required spare parts. However, it's already been 2 weeks, and every time I call, they just say, "Wait one more week." They don't provide any definite update or expected delivery date.

Has anyone else experienced such long delays for N160 spare parts? Is this normal with Bajaj, or they making delay for me

I am a new rider and I travel approximately 20 km daily. Please give me some tips for better riding and maintaining the bike for a long life. I am also finding it a little difficult to handle the bike’s weight, especially while taking it out of parking spaces or pulling it backward.

So I have a dominar 400 BS6 2022 and it has done roughly 9800kms only.

Recently I did a simple oil change and since I've done it there's a rattling sound that comes up after 5-6k RPM. It's there when the bike is idle too and it gets louder when I'm riding it in the upper rev range.

I have tried my best to understand why this sound is coming but to no avail. Moreover the sound issues of the D400 that are addressed on YouTube are distinctly different from the one that's coming in my case

For context the sound comes from the front half of the bike (might be the engine but it's hard to pin point) and it's a very random and inconsistent rattling, like metal clinking together for example.

Unfortunately since the sound only appears at higher rev ranges, any video I take does not capture it clearly enough to understand.

Any help, tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Hi everyone, I own a Dominar 400 with around 12,000 km on the odometer. I'm facing a strange coolant issue. After riding, when I park the bike and it starts cooling down, I notice 2–3 drops of green coolant coming from the cylinder head/engine area. It doesn't leak while riding or when the engine is hot. The leak only appears as the engine cools. Things I've observed: Coolant level is still at the MAX mark (no noticeable drop). The coolant falls onto the engine, not the ground. The leak seems to be from the cylinder head area. No signs of coolant mixing with engine oil. Bike is serviced regularly. Has anyone experienced this on a Dominar 400? Could it be a loose hose clamp, thermostat housing O-ring, cylinder head gasket, or something else? Since the coolant level isn't dropping, should I be worried or is this a common issue? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!
