This was a challenging playlist to mix. Many of the tracks were album versions so I had to get very creative. Starts at 96 bpm, tops out at 120, and then back down to finish it out. There are a few tracks from more recent decades, like I mixed Yaeji's Passionfruit out of Dancin' in the Key of Life. I played the sunset session at Hostal La Torre yesterday and recorded the full thing. It starts gently and properly coastal, then slowly works its way through dub, ambient-leaning Balearica, odd little left turns, some familiar voices and eventually a bit of Italian pop vibes, and wonky disco .

There is new music in there from George Solar, Lonely Deckchair, Visions Of Light and Balaphonic, alongside Pacific Coliseum, Chris Coco, Jura Soundsystem, Coyote, Pet Shop Boys, Sade, SAULT, Jean Carn and plenty more.
