I recently bought a secondhand Balmain denim jacket. It has the size tag and care tag attached, but the main Balmain brand tag is missing.
What's weird is that there are no stitch marks, needle holes, or signs of the tag ever being removed where it’s supposed to be. The fabric, washing, and overall quality feel completely authentic. Is it actually possible for an authentic piece to have the main tag omitted straight from the factory (like a sample or QC defect)?
I found the exact same jacket on Grailed and that one has the main tag, but mine doesn't. Could anyone help me legit check this?

Hello community, I am asking for help because I've ended up buying two fakes because I've been using references from other fake listings. I thought "that's how the old ones are like". I own 3 pairs of real Roustiengs from 2014+ and have been trying to find some older ones. The two links included here are not what I bought, but these two reputable websites for Pic one/two and Pic three appear to be older pairs. Could these listings just be fake? Pic two is bothering me because I've seen multiple fakes with that style of size and wash tag (mostly where the wash tag is white). The fakes I ended up getting are so bad it's not worth posting.
