Looking at buying a Balmain blazer for formal, would be buying online, how does the sizing go?

Like it fitted my chest circumference is roughly 96cm

Looking to take a bike from Wangaratta to bright, the coach seems often empty, and although the vline website said they are often not permitted I was wondering if anyone has had experience transporting a bike?
Further is it just dependent on the driver?

Smoked last night, my mate was semi skitzing out when we were walking, he then stopped talking back to me, semi usual. But when we went to turn right he kept walking forward unresponsive looking into the distance. We tried to make him turn but he just kept on walking even when my mate grabbed him and tried to make him stop dude just kept on walking 😭. He then just went limp and fell to the ground, woke up a minute or so later as we were carrying him. Could feel him grabbing me when he was out and he later just remembered feeling like he was being thrown about but unable to see. Anyone heard of somthing like this before? Was later clutching his chest in pain but I think that was just like panicking.
