People are saying people are still in front of the hotel where BTS is staying, even after they asked them to leave.

>Playing devils advocate here but you all may need more context. There is a drone show that the Peru army organized for them and Jimin’s birthday. The park/mall is across from the hotel(s) area. It was organized and announced a while ago. Also this is a super popular tourist spot and today is a holiday in the country so there is a good chance not everyone in that video is army.
