Plain chocolate FOTM?

We were going to our only Baskin Robbins and according to the phone call that was made, the flavor of the month is just chocolate.

Where can I report a employee who did not treat me properly.

I obviously love BR Ice creams but some of the employees are disrespectful. I understand that they have policies but I went to this location today and the scoops were not even proper, I have never had this problem before because every time they always make sure that the scoops are proper and they aren’t breaking apart like this. I told the employee that its not proper and she weighed it and said it is. Idk how the weight works but it doesn’t matter cuz i’ve had it from multiple locations and the scoop is never this little. And i literally had it like last week from the same location and it was different employee and the scoops were crazy generous. The scoop was way over the cup almost touching the lid on top. And it always is like that doesn’t matter which location i get it from. This is genuinely stupid and after weighing the scoop I told her that it’s never like this from multiple locations, she ignored me and walked away. I never argue or post bad reviews but this genuinely pissed me off. So please lemme know where I can report this.

Weird Hiring Session?

I just went in to shadow at a Baskin Robins location I interviewed at. The shadowing wasn’t paid, but lasted 2 hours. The lady called it a “try out.” I didn’t do much to be honest, or serve any customers. Just practiced scooping ice cream and watched other employees. It just weirded me out how she did not take any form of paperwork or food handlers certification before or after this “try out” yet insisted on me essentially coming in to train a bit. She also says there’s 120 hours of training required and they will pay minimum wage for that. Is any of this abnormal or am I just entitled by other more retail-oriented jobs I’ve had?

TLDR: Baskin’s employer “trained” me without paperwork

Tubs sold in BR stores vs grocery stores not same

Baskin Robin recently began selling tubs in grocery stores. They are the same flavours and sizes as those sold in their own stores. Got some and noticed the Chocolate mousse Royale didn’t taste quite the same. Compared the packages and they are actually different in terms of ingredients and nutritional values
One on left came from BR store, one on right is from grocery stores (Walmart)
