I have been genuinely curious about if any of the Portal Devs have gotten the chance to use Fable 5 when scripting/designing their portal experiences. I am a software developer who has started jumping into the deep end of Agentic coding and have been wanting to try my hand at some light game dev work as a hobby. Was wondering if any more experienced Portal Devs have tried it yet. With a lot of code now a days being AI generated curious about the communities thoughts and stance on the matter and if anyone has recommendations on where to start

I have minimal Game Dev experience but years of software development under my belt.

Latest update on Commander Mode in Battlefield 6 Portal! Expected release is sometime in July.

Hello, I just downloaded BF2042 on PC.
When I join the game, after few minutes I experience fps drops for like 3 seconds, every 30 seconds. Just like on the video.
I have already done what is in this guide.

Also I changed some 2 lines in BF settings in Notepad, it's a common solution i suppose.
Please, can anyone help me?
My pc:
GPU: 3060 ti
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5900X
RAM: 32GB DDR4

I made this as a place to go and focus on leveling up your pistols if you want to, and not get destroyed by everyone with full auto weapons.

Requires 4 people to play (if anyone knows a work around for just bots, please let me know)

Everyone only gets pistols (except the mini machine pistol, as it can easily be leveled up in standard modes)

No launchers, no throwables that do damage, no equipment that does damage, no vehicles that have weapons attached.

Grab some friends and go have fun. I can see this being a ridiculous thing to play but also a fun way to just level up a specific gun.

Ever since they sadly took our PVE solo bots in BF6 portal I’ve been back playing 2042 and it’s just so much fun.

I like that we have classic maps from BF3, BC2, and 1942 and while the 2042 maps and 1942 maps aren’t perfect I really have fun with them! I always do BC2 vs BF3 conquest along with rush and it’s just so much fun!

I always set the bots on the default and also turn off tac sprint snd sliding to make it as BF as possible. No bots are perfect but they really get the job done and at moments I feel like I’m in a Warzone.

I really really hope they bring back solo PVE in BF6 portal because it would be such a blast to play the maps but until then I guess I’m just staying in 2042 portal for right now.
