Shadow quality is on lowest, clouds are set to none, lighting is on low, and I've enabled ambient occlusion and low quality reflections just for the screenshot. Everything else such as the texture quality is set to lowest. And I get 20-30 FPS (somehow).

I'd love a proper PC, but I'm too broke. To be fair it's not completely horrible in terms of quality, I'm surprised my laptop was able to pull this off and I'm honestly kinda proud of this pic. (This post might get taken down because the quality is not very good, but I'm gonna try anyway)
