I went to the National Corvette Museum today

There's a loop of video clips playing in this room. Just as I walked in, they played the scene from Star Trek (2009) that uses Sabotage. As a Beastie Boys fan AND a Star Trek fan, it was cool as hell.

Can Someone Convince Me to Go to the Mike D Brooklyn Show?

It’s a champagne problem to have I know, but hear me out. I impulsively bought tickets cause it’s a chance to see a beastie boy and after never getting to see all three one is better than none. I’m not really super into house/experimental so I’m realistically going to hear him rap his verses on 2 songs at an otherwise short-ish show. I live Brooklyn about 3.5 hours each way from Brooklyn via train and with it being a holiday weekend it’s not really sounding appealing to me.

Only thing is, I suffer from one of the worst cases of FOMO in the world and this could be cool but it also might not be so if someone can help sell me that would be sick

Mike D London shows overbooked

I’ve just had an email from Ticketmaster to say the Saturday London show was overbooked, and giving me the option of possibly exchanging for the Friday if they can, or else just being refunded. So heads up to anyone else who has tickets to these shows to check your emails!

I doubt I can make the Friday show even if they’re able to give me a ticket to it, so I’m really gutted right now. Especially with my London hotel not being refundable…

How long are Mike D's shows?

Hello, for anyone who has been to the recent Mike D shows roughly how long are the sets/what time have they been starting?

Managed to get a ticket for the London show, just wondering about timings. Travelling from another city so hoping to get a train home the same night as I have a wedding to go to the next day

From the event details doors open at 19:30 and curfew is 23:00, my last train is about 23:30

My assumption is he will be on about 21:00, so would assume it will actually finish before 23:00 but just wanted to see if anyone had info before I book trains

Worst comes to worst I guess I can just stay over and get an early train home
