TLT: 20 year bonds are on the brink of breaking out of the triangle. We are at 2004 levels. Everybody hating on bonds now but....if we actually break out to the downside we WILL have a recession within 12 months. Time to buy more then.

NDX 100: QQQ had an abc correction (1), V shaped recovery (2) and consolidation above 50 day average (3). I would not be surprised if we opened above down trendline on Monday.

Put/Call ratio: Put/Call ratio is still at elevated levels making a continued bull run in equities more likely (low conviction).

Put/Call ratio: Once again crazy high put/call ratios last week suggested a rally was coming. Now we are on the way down again but nowhere near a point where selling stocks might make sense (short term).

NDX 100: I posted about the upcoming rally before it happened but got out early because of the monthly chart. However in daily chart we only consolidated above the 50 day average. If we break above green down trendline a natural target would be +$800 (!) for QQQ. I will post monthly chart as well.

VIX: VIX came down nicely. We are nowhere near a level where I would short stocks. Taking off risk sure but not actively shorting. Neutral for equities.

S&P 500: After breaking out of the upper bollinger band (1) we came right back (2). We should now just climb along the upper band until the S&P 500 reaches 8000. Round numbers act like a magnet.

How am I doing?

I'm 98.89% cash right now with a bit of KO and VOO left. I sold everything on Tuesday. I plan on getting back in when SPY is around ~700. Probably SMPO.
