Ulta wont replace my order after FedEx delivered it to wrong address!
I immediately called FedEx after the photo they sent me of my delivery was on another persons porch. After listening to an automated AI tell me that my package had been delivered over and over, I talked to a human who said the same thing and also added there was nothing they could do for me. I had to contact the sellers and have them deal with it. Soo…i do so. Sephora agreed to replace and resend my order right away! ULTA did not. They said that it had to be “escalated”. Told me to wait 24-48 and i would get an email. 48+ goes by and nothing. So i call them again just to be told the same thing. Then i got an email with the same picture i got from Fedex with my packages on someone elses porch and them declining to reship me my expensive order. This is terrible business from both parties. Because of Fedex mistake I have paid for items that they delivered to another address??! Also, i was informed on here that Fedex is not allowed to include the address on a delivery photo for privacy reasons. How can a customer prove to the sellers that it is not the right address then??
