I’m thinking hard on getting my first hourglass palette, but wanted to come here first. Is it actually that good? Are there any really close dupes?

I used the hourglass vanish primer today that I got as a sample in my Sephora order. My sisters kept telling me my skin looked better than usual, I tried taking decent pictures in natural lighting. I think they are right! I wish I didn’t like it because boy, is she pricey! I usually have a lot of texture, and this really seems to smooth things over nicely!

If you have either of these, would you recommend? And if so, which would be best? I try to not overspend or buy a lot of makeup as my collection is pretty big, but I’ve thought about both these palettes for such a long time.

Managed to snag one of the new Vita mask Maxi glaze. It was the only one left and it was in the shade cocoa cream, which I was afraid would be way too pigmented for me, but it’s actually a lovely color, especially for fall and it smells so heavenly I’m definitely going to have to get the others. It is very thick and flush and feels very good on the lips.
