The MALE crew are repeatedly expected to:
- perform strip teases for female guests
- dress in speedos for male guests
- strip and jump into the water for extra tip
- assist with dinner service half naked
- have guests take body shots off them

⚠️ WHY IS THIS OK & ENCOURAGED⁉️ ⚠️

If this was flipped and you had male guests demanding
- “we want the girls in their bikinis for service!”
- “we want to take body shots off the girls!”
There would be massive online rage…

Imagine the Chief stew to the female crew: “you’re going to perform a strip tease the primary for his birthday!!”

It’s just laughable at the gender double standards that are applied on this show…

Where did he go has anyone seen him? Are we the only ones that are interested in this and general public knows nothing or did Nathan ☠️💀 himself and that's why he hasn't been seen?

Let me start by saying I love Aesha and she’s definitely one of the main reasons I watch, however, I feel like this season she’s on the show but not IN the show?

She’s clearly become the face of Below Deck, but now I feel like she is supervising the activity rather than involved in it or maybe that’s what happens when you’re not involved in the drama. Too me she’s seems neutral, but a little too much? It could also be the edit producers are giving her to have her remain less controversial. They obviously occupied her with Nathan & Gael’s baby to keep her from intervening or breaking tension with the drama with Joe at the dinner so they might be pulling more strings there as well.

Idk just an (possibly) observation - still love her and think she’s hilarious

I'm constantly impressed at what a strong leader the Captain is. He's clearly a skilled Captain to have progressed to a boat of the size and status he is in charge of. Beyond his seamanship his excellence as as leader is truly impressive.

Kerry takes no shit and sets high standards which he combines with a high level of emotional intelligence. I'm impressed with the humanity he shows his crew , his willingness to face the tough matters head on but at the same time he is calm under pressure and takes time to consider issue rather than make reactionary rash decisions or at the other end he doesn't muck around withy wishy washy indecisiveness. He has the respect of his crew and it's well deserved .

It's just a realty show but there's a lot he does that would make a good case study for business schools teaching young people to become future leaders

Because she started doing her job and was acting “nice to people”. 🙄

Um yah girl, working hard and being nice to people is normal - not a game.
