This is a very serious question for me because I genuinely don’t know where Vilgax scales in his base so more like when he appears in Alien Force were he has his new powers and weapons.

No amps no buffs no fusions. Just Vilgax how powerful is he because we know I beats most of Ben’s aliens so where does he actually scale please let me know in the comments and thank you

The universe is an infinite space that contains a infinite number of dimensions each of which are separated by a barrier of space-time that is accessible by specific in-verse in-universe dimension connecting devices; ex: Dimensional disruptor, null-void gun.

The Timestream Ben 10

The Timestream serves as the fundamental fabric that underlies all existence, sustaining time, causality, and every timeline. To access the Timestream, Professor Paradox had to create a rift in reality—a subatomic drill through spacetime, to traverse all of eternity and navigate through every "where" and "when", while also journeying through the "behind the scenes of eternity". Traveling through this Timestream, which comprises a "trans-dimensional hierarchy" in the universe where all cause and effect originate, enables one to step outside of the universe itself. The Timestream is also referred to as Crosstime, The Fabric of Existence, and The Multiverse.

It's said by maltruant that the timestream is infinite (Timestream is where all past,present and future timelines interacts); Professor Paradox said that there are an infinite number of timelines (Ad infinitum to the timelines)

The timelines have a unique property, existing as both tree-like branches and disc shapes, depending on perspective. Professor Paradox explains both views. The Timestream represents these timelines, allowing travel through space and time, illustrated by Ben and Rook's journey from the future to Earth in 1773. Conversely, the disc perspective emphasizes spatial travel.

Paradox: As Gwen guessed, cross-time is made up of parallel versions of the history we know. There are hundreds of them... a world where Gwen found the Omnitrix, a world where albedo turned to Alien X and was trapped motionless for nearly a year, a world where you didn't have to destroy the Omnitrix to defeat Vilgax.

Ben 10K: Et cetera.

Paradox: Ad infinitum.

Paradox and Ben 10K discussed alternate timelines, referring to the prime timeline as their known history and the alternatives as parallels. Paradox concluded that timelines branch infinitely, continuously creating new versions.

Paradox to No Watch Ben: Think of time and space as this tree. Down here is when you were 10 years old. Right here is now. Up here is when you'll 30 be years old. The trunk is the main timeline. These branches represent alternate timelines, where reality literally branches off and becomes a different timeline, each containing its own Ben Tennyson.

"We are near the beginning of the Ben Prime Timeline. The trunk of the Ben Tennyson tree from which all other Ben realities diverge."

All the other timelines diverge as a result of different possible outcomes of Prime Ben's reality.

Paradox to Prime Ben: So many different ways to tell a story but that's what makes them so interesting, you can never predict how they're going to turn out.

Each story has different possible ways to be told which alludes that all possibilities have different outcomes.

Paradox divides Prime Ben's timeline into three snapshots: 10, 16, and 30 years old, creating separate timelines that further branch out.

Ben's Timeline

That's further proved by Duncan's and Derrick's statements.

All other timelines diverge from the various possible outcomes in Prime Ben's reality. The main trunk represents a linear continuum comprising the past, present, and future iterations of Prime Ben's timeline, which, in turn, encompasses an uncountably infinite array of points. The branching of alternate timelines unfolds in such a manner that they manifest ad infinitum—endlessly, repeatedly—providing alternative versions of specific narratives or snapshots from the Prime timeline. This recursive phenomenon applies to the alternate timelines as well, as the narrator explains, ultimately leading to an uncountably infinite collection of timelines, mathematically expressed as P(ℵ0) or ℵ1.

Paradox presents space and time in Ben 10 as being encompassed within the Timestream, suggesting that all spatio-temporal dimensions, including the 26 dimensions mentioned by the Naljian Mom, reside within it. Time is referred to as the 4th dimension, meaning that the temporality of each specific timeline serves as its 4th geometric axis, allowing traversal forwards or backwards. During the Alien Force period, ideas beyond alternate timelines had not yet been introduced. Consequently, Kevin, despite his awareness of Naljian Mom's statement, believed that the universe created by the Annihilargh encompassed the entirety of existence. This highlights that the characters in the narrative initially lacked understanding of the higher-cosmological dimensions that lie beyond the Timestream.

Paradox: I exist outside of time

Paradox stated that he exists outside of time which is well elaborated in the Parallel Paradox comic when the narrator said:

"Well Professor Paradox explained it. The depository is where all who no longer fit into any timeline go to live. They live in peace and harmony in their own world now, outside of the timelines, and where no one can bother them and they can't disrupt the outside world. She will be fine"

"Yes but in anyone else' hand but mine, it would cause irreparable damage to the timestream or destroy all of time and causality itself"

Professor Paradox resides in Vacuity Village, often referred to as the Null Void, a place believed to lie beyond the timelines, or rather, outside the Timestream that purportedly includes all aspects of temporality along with causality. In summary, space, time, and temporal causality are intended to be encompassed within the Timestream itself.

The Universe was brought into existence by the Annihilarrgh, which contains the fundamental information of space, time, matter, antimatter, gravity, and so forth, elements that serve as the foundational building blocks of reality. Since information itself is more fundamental than those concepts, the fundamental information regarding space is thus superior to the mere concept of space. While it comprises these concepts, it also extends into a white void that is entirely devoid of them. Professor Paradox, possessing complete comprehension of space and time, allows him to traverse any location and moment, refers to the realm that contains the timestream as a "non-place", emphasizing its aspatial nature. Consequently, its existence, characterized by a total absence of space and the ability to dwarf space itself, qualifies it as 1-A.

The Space Beyond/Omniverse

"Now I see the universe for what it is, we are all dust bound by one enormous Universal force, no, not Universal, not even Multiversal, this Omniversal force continues forever, in every direction through every reality"

The Space Beyond is an infinite black void that extends past the boundaries of the "Universe" and it continues forever, in every direction, through every reality. The Contumelia traverse through the Space Beyond into new, uncharted voids, and it is only when an Annihilarrgh is activated in the White Void that the "Universe" is created and time is established. The Contumelia are believed to originate from a pan-dimensional civilization, which means "of or pertaining to all dimensions of reality". In this context, the term dimension likely refers to the universes, seen as a compilation of all realities.

"I could never truly destroy you, you would only have not been not unexistent what could have not now been the past, present and partial future. To tear down and destroy is of no consequence or quality, to create is divine".

The Space Beyond is described as a void between universes, characterized by complete nothingness, as confirmed by Paradox when Kevin's Rustbucket failed to detect anything using its instruments.

In the Timestream present of the Space Beyond, there is a "bridge of time" from the lower dimensions to follow and reach the Space Beyond. In the Space Beyond's "past" before the Annihilarrgh filled the White Voids, there was no "bridge of time" to reach the Space Beyond from the White Void Dimension.

Professor Paradox: It is the source of the Universe's greatest power. It's where ideas become real.

Azmuth: The Forge of Creation is where Celestialsapiens like Alien X are born.

Professor Paradox: It is out of sync with all time and without the Map of infinity, totally inaccessible. Unless of course you're me.

The Forge is described as the source of the verse's greatest power and a birthplace of Celestialsapiens like Alien X. It predates the verse and serves as the origin as well as the center, responsible for creating the Space Beyond which binds all the dimensional framework of the multiverse.

The Forge is noted to be beyond comprehension for the trio which includes Ben, who has an innate sense of transtemporal metaphysics. Additionally, the statement that the Forge of Creation is out of sync with all time underscores its existence beyond the linear and non-linear constraints of time and the hypertime as understood in the Omniverse. The Forge was originally accessible from the Space Beyond but Professor paradox hid it by erecting a chronal randomization barrier from everyone except the inhabitants of Forge, himself and weilders of the Map of infinity to avoid the misuse of greatest power in the verse.

The true forms of Celestialsapiens like Alien X exist as abstract manifestations of love and rage. Celestialsapiens transcend the very plane where existence lies, and their true selves control their respective avatars to interact with the verse and alter its continuity such as retconning the artsyle on atleast three occasions and changing their homeworld from Zvezda to The Forge of Creation.

The Ben 10 multiverse is structured in layers, existence outside of a lower layer (Timestream) constitutes another, higher layer (Space Beyond) by definition.

"The paradox is that the universe is made up of multi-verses made up of universes. It’s relative - so to me - even if a being is outside of a multiverse, it’s a part of the next layer by definition. So if we believe that decisions spawn universes, the same is true here".

The Naljian Mom statement is valid and reinforced by:

Quantum Mechanics and String Theory: Paradox explicitly cites Quantum Mechanics and String Theory, aligning with the Quantum branching(Timestream's infinite universes) and Bosonic String theory’s 26D prediction(Naljian Mom's statement).

Paradox has full understanding of the space-time continuum and is comparable to Ben who has an innate sense of transtemporal metaphysics.
