How could you resist this in an monsoon 😭😭
Vanela gathiya and kumbhaniya bhajiya
Guess the name of this Dosa?
Have anyone noticed this change?
So, idk if anyone noticed or not.... Pehle nasta in Hyderabad I meant idly dosa wada on bandi used to be around 30-35/- per plate and 20/- for single..... But as LPG crisis hit , bandi people increased the prices to 45-55/- per plate.... Theek hai! Ok... Acceptable coz tabh LPG crisis chalre the and sab mehenga horaha tha ... But abb toh LPG crisis nhi hai na... But phir bhi choti si choti bandi wale bhi ek plate idly ko 40/- karke bechrahe hai.... Like seriously.... Isn't it too much.
Pehle I used to eat bahar ka nasta hafte Mai 2-3 baar but abb do hafte Mai ek baar. Now I feel like 40-50/- deke bandi kan theher ke khane se acha hai 60-70/- deke a/c mai restaurant mai khana.
Yeh difference kisine notice kiya hai???.
Aaloo Sabji With Pori - The best Indian Street food
In my opinion if we are talking about the best indian street food then we should name Aalo sbji with Pori😋
So much tempting🫠
Weird facts about this place.
This place just loves ghee adding it almost every items.
Yesterday I went to a restaurant named Vijay and I first ordered Malai kofta and there was two balls dipped in curry and the entire item was floating in oil as i suspected.
Then I thought it would not be enough so ordered palak paneer too and asked the baiter to add less oil and he replied as I felt some offence ..’sir it’s not oil it’s ghee’.
It felt good that I’m eating something premium but not sure about how much it is healthy.
Before ordering I saw the menu and there was items like malai roti etc. Then I got some idea that this place has I guess much fascination towards milk products.
Then I ordered lassi which was just for 70₹ and it was drug.(so good it was hitting the sensory organs of brains).
People here are just crazy about food.
Today morning I went to a shop name Narayan sweet shop(laal bhatti) and as it was Sunday there was so much crowd..among that crowd I met a guy who came with 3 of here daughter for kachori.
Then I went to clock tower side and had Saahi samosa(arguably the best samosa I have ever had) ..only thing that was little annoying was potato paste was little sweet.
That’s a small broken story from my Jodhpur trip.
See you in next bog
