Are there any stores in MA that have a good selection of LEO trade in Glocks? Older gen 17,19,23,26,27 etc.

I know Four Seasons gets stuff in frequently, are there any others that people have bought from?

Got my tax refund. And I finally wanna dive into Walther PDP ownership. I have history with and own Berettas, HKs, CZs, Rugers, S&Ws. Striker fire and hammer fire.

Had my eye on the PDP Pro-X PMM. But also maybe going all the way to the SF Match.

Anyone have good recommendations for a first foray into the PDP LIFE ©️?

I gather some of the rules have changed since I took my training a year ago.

I want to start shopping, but I want to make sure I'm not setting myself up for trouble. And if the laws/interpretations are really recent I want to make sure any source I'm reading is up to date.

ie: what can I definitely not buy right now? What do I need to do to make sure anything I do buy is legally kept/transported/etc.?

Any tips you can offer would be appreciated.

There are a plethora of aftermarket stocks, some of which have telescoping stocks, folding stocks, or pistol grips. What features are allowed? Are there any you would recimmmend in particular?

My complaints with the stock setup are that the cheek is way too low for an optic and reloads are slow due to not having much of a magwell.

Bringing two (bolt) rifles in my Pelican v800 in July. I'm torn between JetBlue and Alaska Airlines.

The question - I've read the airlines policies, i know you need to have a hard-sided case with locks. What i'm hoping to glean is whether there is any nuance or tips to going through Logan with rifles in particular.

I've seen multiple threads where people talk about open/free states how easy it is getting through the airport... but this is Massachusetts.

Just looking for some insight from those that have done this themselves...

CTguns guy passing by, I live walking distance to the mass line just about, and the closest gun store to me in ct that carries any uppers is over an hour drive, I’ve seen a few gun stores in mass that aren’t too far from me I’m just looking for an 11.5 inch upper 556 for a fixed mag pistol build doesn’t have to be anything fancy. So in the face of the upcoming vote on ch.135 I’ve been thinking a lot about the politicization of the 2A especially here in MA. I’m a pretty progressive guy, pro-choice, pro-environment, pro-strong social programs etc. But I’m also a combat veteran, gun owner, shooting enthusiast, and avid deer hunter. I know that people like me are in the minority, but I believe there are more of us than the public at large might believe. I think this insane level of political pigeonholing we’ve seen the last few years is really preventing us from building a strong coalition of pro-2a folks from across the political spectrum. I realize that MA is never going to be a pro-gun mecca, but how do we bring more people into the fold so we can destroy this misconception that gun owners are all foaming at the mouth “gun-nuts” whose whole Personality revolves around what’s in their gun safe? If we can do that we might be able to get more people to listen to what we have to say when we oppose egregious overreach like ch.135

Target Sports has been on the decline recently, increased pricing with a reduced variety of ammo. While i’m sure a lot of that probably isn’t in their control, it’s getting a bit annoying. Does anyone have any alternative recommendations, or is everyone kinda ass right now? I only shoot 223/556 and 9mm if that matters much.

Hey guys I got my LTC right after the law passed about getting semi auto rifles and been trying to look into places and not have to spend over 2500 dollars for a .556 or 300 black out rifle am I screwed and thats just what it is now or do you guys have any places you can recommend thanks in advanced

If you could have only ONE Pistol for carry and fun which are you picking and why 9mm vs .45 ACP? I know the Pros and Cons of both but I want to hear how you came to YOUR decision

He sums it up I think very well. I get it he is retired military. Technically he is a civilian at this point. And that is the point we need to make. He was a mass LTC holder . And he was actually engaged with the shooter before the police got there

Update I should’ve said out door range my apologies thanks ever so far for the help

New LTC holder. Went up to range and did what I said above. Cable locked, in its case then put it next to spare tire under my rear floor (not really accessible unless I get out and open back) Ammo was just in a black bag in cubby? Am I felon or good boy?
