Anyone else lost games/$$ ???

I bought PC games since 2004 & had approx 60-100 games (mostly hidden object). All gone!!!

I never logged in for years while being the sole caregiver to 4 elderly family members.
And the old PC died too.

Fast forward to 2025:

Tried to access my account with same email address and got a msg “ no account with this email exists” or “account not found”
Apparently Big Fish deleted my account!!!

Big Fish said “account not found”. I’ve lost many hundreds of dollars in PC games!!

I’ve reestablished a “ new” acc’t with the SAME EMAIL address but for an Apple computer.

I would buy a PC just to play my old games if BigFish Customer Service will restore them.

I had thought (erroneously?) BF was based in Ukraine and perhaps the war had impacted their offices, trying to give them grace.

How stupid am I for re-signing up and buying more games!?!
( That are frequently unplayable)

Just curious of those older, nostalgic games that may have got you into the casual gaming, puzzle, and/or hidden object adventure communities. 😊

Any great memories playing those games when you were younger?

I’m trying to find an old hidden object game I played as a kid and this is all I remember

1. It was a hidden object/puzzle mystery game
2. The story involved a guy with a necklace or artifact that could shapeshift him into different people
3. The game started in a car or a van
4. After that, there was a stage/level at some kind of museum gala, or award-show type place that kinda felt like the Oscars
5. The vibe was mystery/thriller
6. I honestly can’t remember much else, but if this sounds familiar to anyone please help 😭
