So esic bihta took immediate actions and issued this circular...no more haircuts and restrictions....also imposed a separate dress code for freshers ..(idk better than seniors ka lagaya hua dress code)😭🎀

The above audio was just a brief show ,please spend 5 extra minutes reading this description about what really is happening in that college.

First of all, i swear everything im going to say, is true .My palms are so sweaty while typing this and editing the audio because im really scared and i know what would happen to me if it ever get out about my true identity in the college .The above recording is from midnight 12-1AM of 1st October .But let me start from the beginning, It all began on 25th September 2026 when i reached my college ,the orientation day .Everything seemed so serene and satisfactory ,but not for long .The first major ragging incident took place on the night of 27th september at around 2 AM ,two seniors entered our hostel buildings (despite the presence of a police guard designated to protect us) ...they were drunk (smell was very strong,and were verbally abusing loudly ) and were smoking "ganja" (marijuana) in front of us ,initially they started banging our doors very loudly and since it was 2AM everyone was startled and opened the door quickly..they pulled aside 10 students and filled them into a room ,switched off all the lights and started smoking ganja there and abusing loudly (smoking ganja in a tiny room with windows and door closed, we all know whats the health risk for the students)..then they shouted "murga bano saare bhsodiwalo" and forced everyone there to do so .It was so scary ...a day later this incident was reported to the college authorities by the students ,the guards didnt report anything ,not a single word even after they knew what happened because they were involved with the bullies. This incident in the audio occured at around 1 AM on 1st october on the first floor of our hostels

Mind you, this time the college authorities appointed 4 guards seeing the last incident , but still those guards allowed the bullies in again .There were 3-4 of them ,one of them a really skinny guy wearing a yellow t shirt , the loudest of them and the most verbally abusive of them. I know all their names and pictures and i can happily reveal it ,but i dont want to deal with the legal issues later if they press charges .Those guys quickly shouted at us to assemble on the first floor .All of us were ordered to keep our heads down and eyesight at our penis, if anyone even raised their head for a sec ,they were met with abuses ,then they started the “intro ritual” filled with verbal abuses and humiliations , that was acceptable ,but the horrifying thing was that they didnt leave anyone .There is one guy in our batch , a small guy from nagaland ,new is an alien land ,barely speaks and understand Hindi ,yet those monsters were abusing him and humiliating him , even mocking his accent by mimicing it …that guy was shivering with fear in front of those bullies .They also asked us to bend in weird sexual position (as u can listen in the audio). They asked us to get on all fours and bend in doggystyle (sentences like “peeth pr arch banao”, “gand uthaao” are audible in the attachment), then they asked others “bajao isko” ifykyk what i mean ….all this is clearly audible in the attachment

It was raining verbal abuses including abuses on our mothers, sisters, daughters (audible in the file) , they even said “Senior ka lund bhi loge (You’ll suck senior’s p*nis)” .The funny thing is that in this incident we were made to stand with our head arched for around 1.5 hrs , and only 45 mins before this we were made to stand for another 1.5 hours when we were being taught the “rules of college” by other seniors ,all this on the same day when we retuned from 7 hrs of college in brutal heat ,150 of us shoved in lecture halls with capacity less than a 100 ,with no ACs and mostly non-functional fans (yes all of this is true, as may bizzare it sounds) no water dispensers in the college building too , anyways after the incident when the bullies left ,all of us stormed down to question the guards ,and they were acting like they didnt know anything and didnt hear anything ,the sheer volume with which the bullies were shouting is clearly audible in the file ,ironically the corrider where we were assembled had two open balconies, so even if you talking at a normal pace ,it will be clearly audible to anyone just below on the ground floors. Even so ,their lies were quickly caught because you can hear in the file at around “timestamp-4:38 “ some women saying “chillane ki aawaz aa rhi h upar se ,aaplog kya kr rhe h” ,those were the female PG Residents from the building beside ours ,So according to the guard’s logic the voice is playing tricks and nor reaching 5 ft. Below but reaching 50 metres to the female PG resident’s building.

I dont know what will happen after im posting this , probably our batch will be ostracized by the college as well as the professors ,“since we humiliated the pride of the college” …but this was unbearable .My roommate isnt taking all this well , he comes from a financially constrained family after multiple drops ,the way he was talking and acting after these incidents happened , im scared he doesnt take any wrong step . There are much more things to talk about but it’ll get very long ,Even now while i was editing and typing this ,i was very cautious to not get seen else i’ll be fucked .I have come with all hope on reddit ,PLEASE HELP US !!
