Have never been this close to a pelican before

I got pretty close to this old gull, without any disruptions.

This guy (girl?) I came across yesterday at the mall. Didn't even care when i walked past. Just stared at me and got up walked away few steps and sat down again. It warm so i think it decided to get shade. And no its not sick bc it flew away after taking this pic.

Don't see many of them laying on the floor like this

hello! this is my old man satchamo joe (from kokomo). he is a blue crown conure and is about to turn 29 this month. he had a stroke in 2006, he can no longer fly and does not have the best grippers, but he is the bestest boy!

i havent logged into reddit in a LONG time but this thread gave me a little life and i wanted to share his perfect lil loaf on my pillow. enjoy!

Technically still could be a female btw, he has cage mates
