On one hand, you basically have the course to yourself, the pace is great, and sometimes green fees are cheaper. On the other… it’s 100 degrees.
What are your tips and tricks for staying comfortable and not being completely miserable out there?
I'm not talking about clubs or balls. More like the things that have genuinely made golf travel easier.
If someone asked how much Winged Foot should sell for if it hit the open market, how would you analyze that?

Some of the famous courses might not go for as much as you think, while lesser known ones are in extremely high value areas.
IMO the most expensive property would be Indian Creek in Miami and LACC -
