I’ve heard that Blizzard is currently working on an FPS open world (Destiny 2-like within the Starcraft universe ? Would be so dope) but what kind of game would you like Blizzard to add to their universe ?

I think they should add a rythm game with a leaderboard on all their music (and some collabs) because they really have music masterpieces in their games.

Also I hope for a relaunch of Heroes of the Storm

It’s old news Blizzard cancelled that survival‑crafting IP. We all want new stuff, but that genre isn’t great for launching some random new world. If they were going to do it, they should’ve used one of their existing universes. And honestly, one of them fits way better than the rest.

Diablo is the clear #1. The others don’t really work:

* Overwatch: Cool characters but the world doesn’t fit survival‑crafting. There’s no good reason for you to be out in the wild building a base. You’d have to force a bunch of new lore and it still wouldn’t feel right.

* Warcraft: Not a bad pick but most Warcraft fans just want WoW to be good again. It fits okay, but it doesn’t stand out for this type of game necessarily. I think it would still be a solid S tier game.

* Starcraft: Could be awesome, but people would expect huge machines, alien factions, big tech trees, all that. The scale gets too big for a simple survival game. Space vibe sci-fi games have A LOT of competition and high expectations actually.

* Lost Vikings: Dead IP but this could be a reboot? Vikings vs aliens could actually be fun. Build a village, raid alien caves, craft weird tech. But it’s a gamble and the name alone won’t carry it. Imagine making our own cartoony viking character?

And then there’s Diablo:

* Diablo: Perfect match. Demons, undead, ruined lands, creepy forests, cursed zones it already feels like a survival game. You could do Valheim‑style raids, build a fortress with friends, explore corrupted areas, trade or fight other players, all with that dark Diablo vibe. It just fits naturally.

AAA level Survival-Crafting games naturally do good anyways, but having one dark gothic with demons and zombies? You're making bank.

Diablo is easily the best pick... what do you think?

Fix your dogshit game. Yall come out with an announcement that says "Hey were gonna add 3 new characters per quarter" and then put out the most dogshit slop I have ever seen in any game. Just so yall know what I'm talking about I'm gonna list out every ability that you guys obviously didn't put any thought into when it came across the desk:

1: Anran- She has an ability that turns her invisible and sets anybody near her on fire. thats not inherently bad but when you factor in the fact that every map you guys have is small as fuck. Then she can proceed to either fly out with her second ability or she can start right clicking and do massive damage. what fucking world did it make sense to do that? the whole character litterally relies on not helping your team at all and waiting for an oppurtunitty on a random squishy. Shes able to 200-0 someone in seconds which is okay for a game like this but when theres no counter play because she can go invisible AND FLY AWAY its just fucking stupid, and again the maps are to fucking small to have that kind of character in it. Then yall dont nerf it at all its just sitting here like it requires half as much skill as any of the other characters in the game.

2: Sierra-You guys genuinley added in a character that has a shockwave grenade the size of point(no other nade is that big in the game and its damage is also double) then ontop of that you guys give her a bailout righclick that lets her lock onto someone better than a character you guys have has since the beggining of the game. Its like yall want it to fucking die the way yall add this shit in the game. I mean seriuosly in what world did it make sense to make her right click better than another characters ult? tell me another ability in the game thats that powerful? You cant. the only cool thing about that character is the movement which still feels clunky because AGAIN the maps are to fucking small!

3: Freja- When yall were babies is this what you imagined would be your lifes work? like seriously what the fuck is this shit bro. Yall have 40 something characters in all and at least 20 of them have been here the whole time and dont come near as powerful as this character. She has a jumping ability that goes whatever direction(hanzo) can stop herself during her ads and not to mention a dart gun shooting bigger projectiles than hanzos bow. They deal half hp a piece for more or less every character in the game and she gets 2 of them. AND A DASH AFTER BOTH. Ntm if she gets a pocket the characters whole gimmick is still hiding and waiting for people to get out in the open to hit the easy ass right clicks that yall call skillshots.

4:Domina- You guys created a character than can envelope someone in a bubble that will kill them if they dont shoot it. Thats really not that bad for an ultimate and its basically the only good ult you guys have made with all of these characters. The bad things though. SHE HAS A SHIELD WITH 30 PARTS THAT ALL HAVE TO BE BROKEN INDIVIDUALLY AN AOE EXLOSION THAT TRAVELS AS FAR AS SHE WANTS AND A GUN WITH A 2 SECOND SHOOT TIME THAT PUTS ANYONE THEY ARE FIGHTING TO HALF HP WHAT OTHER CHARACTER HAS THAT LEVEL OF POWER. REIN LITTERALLY HAS A SHIELD FIRESTRIKES AND A DASH RAM HAS AN ABILITY THAT GIVES HIM A EMPOWERED FORM AND LETS HIM PUNCH THATS IT. YOU DONT GIVE A FUCK AND ITS OBVIOUS BECAUSE YOU KEEP MAKING EVERY CHRACTER YOU GUYS ALREADY HAD THAT WERE GOOD JUST FUCKING HORRIBLE. Yall are literally a rage bait company that doesn't deserve anything the people that play your games give you. YOU GUYS HAVE MADE GOOD GAMES BEFORE YOU ARENT NEW TO THIS. Literally one of the most notorious fucking mmos under your guys' belt and you can figure out how to balance a hero shooter that only fucking needs bigger maps. Stop making stupid braindead ass characters you passionless dickless fucks. Please fire all of your trannies because istfg the diversity hire isn't worth killing your games they arent even trying to come up with anything

Title says it all -- over 30 y/o gamer, with not-so-much time to game, I've played both games for ages.. To add a bit of color though, I MUCH prefer WASD movement to click-to-move.

I probably solo game about 10-20 hours a week, used to love PvP / raids in WoW but found the *required to be impactful* niche knowledge about each class to be incredibly cumbersome. I absolutely LOVED my Demon Hunter in the D4, but did find that I got a bit stagnant end game and there was no PvP to fill the void.

SO -- Question for theeeee -which would be a better game to play?

Lastly - thx for any input, looking forward to finding a game to chill at night and jam.

I cant speak for other languages or other games than D4 and WoW, but the german translation has been absolute garbage recently. Text gets copy+pasted when the meaning is totally different. Effects get worded very weirdly or symbols like "%" sneak into the descriptions when the effect has a flat value, not percentage.

Some effects are just straight up in english, simply overlooked.

This is not about bad dialogue, this is about different options having THE EXACT SAME TEXT when they are literally different choices of how to craft on an item.

Fix your stupid AI translations Blizz. I used to play every Blizz game in german because the translations were GOOD. Now i double-check wowhead or ask friends just to know what my set effects actually do.
