Buc-ee’s brisket is not worth the trip.

The Mayor of Huber Heights is a teacher at my school so I asked him on his opinion on the whole Buccee's suing small corporations thing going on. He stated that Buccee's should've sued the hell out of Beavermart, and that if they let Beavermart expand and infringe on Buccee's trademark logo then they open the door for other fake Buccee's to open around the US. He also stated that Beavermart changed their store name after a scandal in which the owner was selling alchohol to minors, in which beforehand they were called something else, and then changed it to Beavermart. He also stated that it's not a "small business" the media displays it as and is owned by a millionare who owns tons of stores around Ohio.

I don't even know if what he said is true, I've seen public perception of Buccee's go downhill so fast and lots of hate on my teacher calling him a sellout and stuff. I can't even wear a Buccee's shirt to school anymore 😭 what do you guys think?
